Dean helped us with the inspections, house improvements, a stager, professional photos, and a great listing. He networked with other agents and had potential buyers lined up before we even had the house listed. We were very satisfied and have recommended Dean to all of our friends. Description of Work: Dean sold my house in 2 days and found me a new house in 5 days. He helped me find contractors to fix up my old house. He gave me great advice on what I needed to do to have a quick sale. I received more money for my old house than I expected. He was available whenever I needed him. His advise was excellent. He even gave us a 1% discount on listing our house.
