The report was professional and informative. We were disappointed that there were delays in delivering the report after the representative assured us it would be ready in a couple of days it took several follow up emails to finally get our report. Overall we got the appraisal we needed so we are satisfied.

Appraisal came in way below market value and I wasnt able to utilize it for marketing. Premium neighborhood with no recent comparable sales. Our house is one of the newest in the small sought out neighborhood. Received many professional recommendations from realtors that we are underpriced and that we will have no issue with the bank appraisals or selling. Our address throughout the report has an incorrect address which shouldnt happen when paying $350 for a professional appraisal report.
