The work was completed on time. They were very responsive and worked with us the whole way. The kitchen looks fantastic. It exceeded all of my expectations. When we had clients come into the office before, I always cringed if they walked into our kitchen. Now the kitchen is probably the most alluring space in our office. I'm proud when people walk in. And they ALWAYS comment about how beautiful it is. Great job guys!

Showed up. Stayed for quite some time. Seems I did most of the talking and came up with most of the remodel possibilities. He said he would call sometime the following week. Two weeks later I received a voice mail from him stating he could come by the next week. A few days later I left him a voice mail letting him know that his suggested day that next week for coming over would be great. Told him to call me back with a time. A month has come and gone and have never heard back from these people.

The project went very well. I love the finished product. Phil added many subtle, detailed additions to the kitchen that make it look very polished and beautiful. I never would have thought of many of the suggestions. He has an eye for design. The island was knocked down to one level and extended. Granite was installed as well as tile backsplash. The cabinets and the island were painted using 2 different colors. A separate desk area was created along the counter using wood wings and beadboard. A cabinet was cut out and rebuilt over the oven to allow the microwave to be lifted. A slideout trash and recycle cabinet and wine rack were custom built and installed in the island. Trim was added to the cabinets as well as over and under cabinet lighting. A pendant light was installed over the island and one of our existing lights was moved to accommodate the extended island. We had trouble with the lighting under the cabinet flickering. But, they were very responsive and kept working at it until it was fixed.

We have a 70's side split home that had the living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room on the first floor. We wanted to expand the kitchen area and take back the spaces we weren't using. Phil Crafton came up with a plan to take out the walls and open the space. I have to admit we were a little skeptical about that much 'final' change, but we went with it. So glad we did! The space is awesome! Phil asked for of a list of what was important for us to have and was open to going with our ideas and additions. The project was finished pretty much on time and more importantly on budget. We lived in the home during the remodel and it was trying because we didn't have our kitchen or that space. The crew was very considerate of our special needs child and careful to make sure the home remained accessible. We got bids from several contractors, but the others did not inspire the confidence CPS did even though they were larger companies. We have had enough remodeling for this year, but will definitely use CPS for future projects!

Mr. Crafton and his crew were exceptional in their work. They were fast, clean, complete workers, though at times they were late to the job site as they dealt with other issues but while on the site they were awesome. We would definitely use them again.

Services were finished on time, cleaned up as they went, helped me with moving and kept me able to operate somewhat in kitchen during process. They were punctual, professional, suggested many good ideas, and were very responsive to my ideas and changes along the way. I am very pleased with the new look of my updated kitchen!

Phil and crew were awesome to work with. He was very patience with my husband and I as we wanted to tag all trees that needed to be cut down to include changing our minds numerous times. We did not have bad experience, I even tired them to do machine installation and construction at my business. Phil is very knowledgeable and offer other design techniques that I had not considered.

Phil was referred to us. We felt very comfortable with Phil during our initial meeting. We contacted Phil to bid on a deck. Our "to do " list grew. Phil has a great group of people who are all trustworthy. Bud, Ebbie, and Joel all became our friends as they worked at our home. They kept the project moving along well and we knew we were a high priority. When our new deck planking arrived we were dissappointed in the color. When they learned this, we were encouraged by their willingness to see if we could change it out! We were able to change it for a reasonable restocking fee and we're so happy with the new color. Bud was the lead builder and is very skilled. He has incredible background in construction. He pays attention to detail! They are all efficient , expert workers as well as being the most pleasant folks to be around. Neighbors stopped by as our deck was being built. Everyone who sees our deck really admires it. Phil gave us a list of references and we were able to visit several sites to see decks and remodel jobs previoiusly built by them. Phil is a great shopper and looks for quality products at a good price. He had used the Timber Tech before and we saw the deck he had used it on. We are just so thrilled with our deck and the incredible amount of work done by CPS. Phil and co. do some of their own electrical work but subcontract some aspects of the electrical side to DG ELECTRIC. Donavan and Cody did a fantastic job for us as well. They were both people we enjoyed having in our home as they worked very hard and efficiently. They all worked thru challenges that came up from time to time. They were always kind and considerate. Phil Crafton and his crew stayed on schedule and within our budget. Any delays were caused by our inability to make a decision on an item - like the bathroom vanity - which Phil returned later to install. I recommend having your plan decided and materials located before calling in the contractors. Remain flexible in the event your property does not allow part of the remodel due to structure, although this would be rare. Tackle some of the remodel yourself so you can appreciate what the crew is going thru. Clean the space every night - sweep and keep their tools together - so your home stays clean and the crew has a clean work space. Give them treats!

All the employees (carpenters) were friendly and very considerate! Not only were they on time, but called the night before to make sure it was a convenient time for our family! Also, out of the three bids for this remodel, they were the most cost effective. The president Philip Crafton, was on site multiple times to ensure the quality and satification of the work. As the project progressed, the carpenters would fix small items that would come up with NO CHARGE. They were very thoughtful and hard workers!! I would recommend Commercial Property Solutions to all my friends. :)

The subs were very friendly and efficient and always at our home ready to go to work at 7:00 am. They kept the work area cleaned up and scrap materials all picked up. Phil Crafton was very knowledgable as to products and the overall look that we were aiming at. It could not have gone better. We had to leave town about 2/3 of the way through the project and he kept in touch with me and sent me photos of the finished product via cell phone. I had no problem leaving him and his crew in charge of our new deck. We are thrilled with our new deck and have had many compliments on the workmanship.

It went really well. I would really recommend them. They made it a really easy remodel. They were easy to work with. I felt comfortable with them in the house.

Quote - Crafton spent ample time with us on the design to make sure he understood everything we wanted. When the quote came back outside our budget, he worked with us to eliminate items or assign appropriate duties we could take on ourselves to cut down on the cost. Provided design ideas and used our sketches and magazine pictures. The final quote was an concise itemization along with payment schedule. Planning: Phil Crafton provided us with a timeline of construction tasks to avoid minimal disruption to our family activities and needs Actual construction phase: all of the crew was very careful about keeping the work area sealed off to minimize dust and left the area clean and safe each afternoon so we could use the kitchen. Coordinated their arrival and departure times every day with us so their work would be convenient for our family. Phil Crafton was flexible with design changes and suggestions to work with any problems that came up. Crafton arrived early each morning to provide instruction and expectations to the crew of experienced, friendly and conscientious men and women. If the crew or Crafton could not arrive when previously scheduled, we got a phone call and the exact reason why. Eco-friendly: Encouraged re-using some materials vs. buying new and recycled boxes and papers. Tile work, electrical & plumbing: The floor tile and non-stainable backsplash grout we chose was difficult to work with and caused a delay, but the finished products absolutely worth the extra time spent by Phil Crafton. He also did the minor plumbing and installation of the undercabinet LED lighting. Overall: we were very pleased with the process and are thrilled with the finished product.
