The whole experience was very positive. The measuring and estimate were done timely, the materials were delivered on time. The installer is a partner in the company and so was very attentive to customer service and installation quality. The work took place during the winter and so there were several bad weather days. The installer (Ben) called whenever he would not be able to work and was very good at giving updates.

We signed the contract at the end of the summer, but agreed to wait to start the installation until the winter months for an additional discount. The original job was estimated to take about three weeks. It only took two days to install the windows. Unfortunately mother nature did not cooperate after that. The sleet, ice, snow and bitterly cold temperatures set in. The job finally was completed after about 8 weeks with the crew doing everything in their power to try and outwit mother nature. The crew (Scott and Bob) worked several days when the temperature was in the lower to mid twenties and even came out on Sunday's, when the weather cooperated to try and speed the process of installation up. They went above and beyond anything we expected, replacing rotten wood when necessary and doing those extra little things that really made a difference in the end product. One day the driveway was so coated with ice Scott removed it when we left. Their service & professionalism was tops.

Everyone was very professional and polite. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.
