Description of Work: We were looking to hire ClassiConcrete to lay a hard surface over our pebble surface patio and have the patio decoratively stamped. We received the proposal on 6/17, and I paid the deposit of $2100 for the $4200 job that it was going to be. Shortly after we came to the realization that with the patio being raised it would lead water down into our family room and cause flooding. I then contacted John at ClassiConcrete and let him know that I would need to cancel the work and get my money back. He told me this wouldn't be a problem and that he would get it take care of. This has now been a couple of weeks and I have tried to contact John at least 7 times. He has not answered or returned any of my calls, and I am still out the $2100 deposit.
