They were responsive. We liked the looks of their product. They were easy to deal with and their price was about the same as everybody else. It has only been 6 months but so far, so good. We have been trying to get hold of the company to ask them a question but we haven't been able to reach them.

They did a very good job. They were on time and finished the project on time.

Excellent communication with John. He was very prompt in getting back with us after sending the initial e-mail. Immediately came to give us a quote which was much less that a quote we received last year for the same service from a different company. The best part; the crew was available THE NEXT DAY to start the job (Which I would like to add was the hottest day of the summer. The heat index was well over 100). It only took them two days to complete the project. The foreman and crew were very polite. We are very happy with every detail. Highly recommended!

There was nothing that really stood out about them. I would not consider in using them because their bid was the highest than anybody else. It was 20% higher than anybody else.

They did an excellent job and their price was very good. They were very professional. They had to take the concrete in wheelbarrows up the hill. They just did a very good job. A couple of my neighbors have commented on how nice it looks.

I would recommend these guys. I would use them again.

Met with numerous patio companies and chose Classic Concrete due to numerous references, extensive experience, simplified pricing, and fair value. Very impressed with the patio and the attention to detail. This company is focused on providing what the customer wants. Highly recommend.

Overall, the job went done as promised. John did assure me there would be now trucks in our yard. Everything would be done by hand. Before we were aware of it, the large concrete truck was going through our yard (we had just had rain) leaving deep ruts and killing grass. John quickly responded by bringing in dirt to fill ruts, but we are still looking at getting large areas of new grass established this fall. The crew that did the work were extremely polite, courteous and professional in their jobs. They were punctual and very pleasant to have at our home.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work, and the way the team who did the work interacted the entire time, including the fact they worked through the weekend while the weather was crazy-hot. The design thought put into the incorporation of the new patio into the existing patio/landscaping - it was 'artistic' in approach and completion.

Escavation, excellent Patio of stamped concrete - excellent work Coloring and staining of the patio excellent Sealant of the patio was defective by John's admission which caused discolored spotting of not only the sealant but of the coloring/staining also. John came to repair his work the first year in 09 for free. In 2010 when the same issues showed, John's crew did a spot repair and John has billed me for the repair - I believe to be unfair. The entire sealant surface should be removed and redone vs the spot repair that he is doing - not satisfied with his effort - at all!

Excellent value, service, consultation and teh end result is fantastic.

Overall, they did a great job. They quoted us a price and stuck with it. They replaced a 2 car driveway and walkway to our front door. The job they did was much better than I thought possible. They tore out and replaced. They left no mess. Very professional crew.

Fantastic work! Large crew that arrived on time each day. The foreman, Alonzo, is an expert and he also does the work of at least 2 of his men. The finished patio looks great! John Mahler and his crew are to be commended for the excellent job they did.

Everything was fine and they did a nice job.

John provided a clear and complete estimate that promised to avoid damaging the lawn (which no other prospective contractor did) and also noticed the need for repair work on a corner of the foundation. He estimated that the work could begin about the middle of the next month. When the time came I hadn't heard, so called. (It would have been nice to have heard from him that the starting time had slipped a little, but this was a minor matter.) Work began shortly thereafter and proceeded smoothly. I was very favorably impressed by the diligence of his work crews and by their tidiness and care. They did the job and didn't damage the lawn. The end product is just what I wanted.

Great. We really weren't sure what we wanted, but John has lots of experience so he made suggestions, offered pictures and many references. He started and finished the job in 4 days; all concrete was delivered to the site via wheelbarrow, so no worry about trucks in the yard. The crew was polite and professional, respectful of surrounding property. We were very pleased with the company and the finished product.

Did an outstanding job, although it is difficult to contact the owner to get him to come back and handle small details. They did eventually take care of it and final result is outstanding.

John came out to provide an estimate. He was very aloof and non-responsive. He would not write down any details. He only gave me a $2,900 price without even measuring the garage. I was very disappointed in his demeanor.

My husband and I hired John and his crew to pour, stamp and stain a 300+ sq foot patio on the back of our house. The patio that John designed for us was beautiful. The patio that became the reality exceeded all of our expectations. John was great to work with, punctual and very patient with a customer (me) who wasn't sure what she wanted. I trusted in the vision that John and my husband had, and I am blown away! John's crew was efficient and finished the dig out, pour, stain, cut and seal in 2 days. I can't recommend this company enough. What beautiful work!

It went well. John was always on time when it came to giving an estimate or prepping the site. His crew for the actual pouring was reasonably on time. Work did not start on the job until several weeks after I paid a 1/2 deposit. The foreman on the job was responsive and easy to get along with. I am very pleased with the final product. The team was very detail oriented, and asked me a lot of questions about how exactly I wanted it. The key to being happy with what he does is just to have a very clear idea of exactly what you want, and don't want, and communicating that to John and the job foreman. I strongly recommend that you go visit some of the properties he has done work at and look at the final product in person. Looking at some of the work in person made me realize I didn't like a particular style, or that a particular style didn't wear well. Some of the designs hide the joint marks better than others, and some colors look, or become with wear, artificial looking.

I have witnessed John's patio design work at my brother in law's home. It was superb there. I called him to repair my driveway, and his estimate was reasonable. His work was meticulous, clean and unflawed. He added a wonderful terra cotta color to my concrete that profoundly improved the appearance of my home. He also knew exactly what the city would tolerate, as far as color, and separated the colored section from the city's section by creating a separate strip of uncolored concrete. Solving the drainage issue was the most important work. He analyzed the problem and constructed a re-routing solution that was flawless.

JOHN AND HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB, DID A DESIGN BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS AND HE SUGGESTED A PATTERN AND I PUT MY FAITH IN HIM AND IT LOOKS MARVELOUS. HE EVEN POURED A 5X5 LITTLE PAD TO PUT A PLAYHOUSE ON FOR FREE! HE'S SO NICE. THIS IS THE SECOND PATIO HE'S PUT IN FOR ME. I KNOW PEOPLE HAVE COMMENTED HE'S HARD TO GET AHOLD OF, BUT YOU JUST NEED TO CALL HIS CELL PHONE.

MY BAR LOOKS VERY COOL. THEY ALSO DO STAMPED CONCRETE PATIOS, DRIVEWAYS, ETC. I WILL HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE FOR BATHROOM COUNTER AND PATIO WORK.
