Description of Work: We paid essentially the price for an inspection visit, but the company knew we needed to have the rollers on our shower doors replaced. This they did with no additional charge, and the doors have rollers on them that are much quieter than the originals. They were friendly, professional, and prompt.

Description of Work: After talking to them about my problem, I did not need their service. They gave me good advice and sold me a product to do the repair myself, easily. Can't do better than that! Courteous and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Installed custom shower glass panels with a pivot door. They were very professional. Original install date was supposed to be a week earlier but one glass panel was delivered to them with an error. They called me immediately and apologized for the inconvenience and delay. The week delay was critical to my bathroom remodel. The install went smoothly the next week. I would use them again.

Everything went very well. This company was great to work with from start to finish. They were punctual, responsive, and very helpful. We felt the price was great as well. We are very satisfied with our end result and with this company.
Description of Work: Classic Shower Door installed our shower door after our handyman installed a new shower base and tile surround. This company was excellent to work with, all of the employees I had contact with were very friendly and helpful. Best of all, our shower door/glass surround looks great! We would use them again for future needs.

The product looks great and they were very nice and punctuational. They worked with us on short schedule and were able to accommodate. I was a little surprised at the price at first but their estimate came right in line with others we looked at. I wish the glass could be a little thicker but would have upgraded to the top of the line and they explained that it would be more than sufficient for the space we putting it in at. Overall we really are pleased with look and service they provided us and would use them again for a future project.

They were very nice. They guy who came out from this company was very professional and they have responded to us. We have had them come out twice. The guy came back ones and then I called the shop as a needed a little part and he got it a couple of weeks ago. The guy was really nice to me over the phone and he gave me the part and when I inquired the price for that part he informed that it was not for sale that I could have it. I went in there only a couple of weeks after I spoke to him and he had it kept aside for me in a bag with my last name on it. They were conscientious and the fact that they came to do the follow up work made me very happy with them. I highly recommend them to anybody. It is just a stopper and not that they did not install it. It is just the gravity of the house had it shifted. It would probably cost just a cent but I was happy to get it. I like a bargain and I got it free and that made me happy. He had put it aside for me and remembered the phone conversation and everything. So I was really pleased with that. They were responsive caring and prompt. I could not have asked anything more from them. They just came out , did the job and the guy was very nice. Everything about it was positive. The price of the shower door was part of the whole bid. I would use this company in the future.

In response: This customer was not happy with the standard adjustment of the shower doors. Our shower doors are adjustable up to 5/16" for "out of square" walls, of which the customer has. When the doors are in the "closed" position, the overlap of the glass sliding panels are fine. Although, when one door is slid back in front of the other, due to the industry standard adjustability of shower doors, the glass does not line up perfectly...of which took the customer three months to notice. Upon receiving a call from the customer, we returned to his home to view his concerns. At that time, we clearly advised of standard shower door adjustability and encouraged him to call other shower door companies to inquire that we were being accurate in what we were telling him. After several emails back and forth between myself and the customer, I realized that I could not make him happy. Therefore, I chose to send him a refund for half of the amount of the cost of that by-pass shower door. I mailed a check to him on 12/20/10. I did receive an email from the customer advising that he received my check, although- to date he has not cashed the check. Although I appreciate websites such as this one, I feel that it allows people to publicize slanderous comments without all the facts disclosed. The customer's report advises that we said we couldn't do anything....I have several emails to the contrary and sent the customer a partial refund. I did this for good relations, not because we sold or installed a faulty product. Thank you, Tammy Graham Office Manager
