+ 0 moreWent very well. Much cheaper than other companies and local. Received a color touch screen talking keypad, protected my house with all the necessary security devices, allows me to control everything from their app on my phone and I receive text messages on everything going on at the house. View my cameras and answer my door from my phone. Very cool alarm system...much better than what I had before and actually cheaper per month.
Description of Work: I needed a home alarm system and camera system.

Description of Work: Horrible company. I called them 6 times to try to get someone out to re-activate our security system and no one ever called me back. The 800 number was useless, would not put me through to any sales person. And no one ever called me back even though I called and called. Useless horrible company. Do not ever call them for a security system. You won't get one.

+ -1 moreI give them A's across the board because they have been really, really good. They have been very responsive because there have been a couple of times we set off the alarm and couldn't get to it fast enough to turn it off and they were calling on the phone. They rang right away.
Description of Work: We had an alarm system put in by Central Security Group. We chose them for pricing and better customer service. Everything I had bead before they were better then some of the other companies that I was looking at. Continued reliability and customer service is most important. I am the type of person that is willing to pay a little more if its going to be worth it. It includes windows, doors and movement in the home. I had a little problem so I had a little extra added.
