 + -1 moreI am working directly with the owner because it is a one man shop. He listens to what I suggest and I listen to his suggests. He can actually show me what it will look like before we actually do the work. He does not push any ideas or projects, he will put some ideas out there and you can then pick and choose what you like. When were doing the work we ended up running into a problem with the light switches and outlets because they were in the way of the new wider modeling. He was able to move them for us so we did not have to call an electrician in for this additional work. He is a very neat worker, he will put everything away and he would vacuum everyday. He wears different shoes in the house so he is not tracking debris in with him.
Description of Work: He did modeling to three archways and he put columns in. He put in new baseboard after taken the old ones off. He also did some modeling around the stairway and down the hallway.
