Don has cleaned our carpets for a number of years. He is full of knowledge and is helping us keep our older carpets for as long as we can. I trust him and have referred him to several friends.

Mr. Brashears is very knowledgeable of carpet and doesn’t leave any residue only very clean carpet!! Great job!

We're going to be putting our house on the market soon and our Johnson-County-Beige carpeting had some conspicuous stains that we'd neglected for years. We mulled over the idea of totally replacing the carpet (which would have included a huge area) but decided to try professional cleaning instead. Don showed up the day we called and did an amazing job getting out stains that we had thought were permanent. We were pleasantly surprised at the low price (this was for a large family room plus stairs). Don even made the ingenious suggestion that if the carpet still wasn't up to move-in standards we could consider patching it from carpeting in our bedroom (same color/age) and then re-carpet the bedroom, which would be less expensive. We'll definitely be calling him back just before we put the house on the market!

provider went out of his way to try and clean some deep seated stains on our carpet. He was a very nice guy and did a really good job. My only minor criticism was that he was super enthusiastic about what he did while I was just interested in getting my carpets cleaned.

Arrived on time, worked as promised, good result, made good suggestions regarding pet stains & smell.

Don Brashears, the owner, did the work himself. He was very polite and informative. Very professional. The cleaning took about an hour. The carpet looks great.

Received a $59.00 for two room carpet discount offer from Angie's list and purchased it through their website. Company called soon after and I scheduled service. The owner was also the person performing the service. He was very personable and enjoyed conversation. He provided multiple suggestions and ideas on how to prolong the life of carpets. The machine he uses was very fast and quiet - not leaving behind the buckets of water others left. The only drawback was that his extra charges for stairs was no discount and significantly added to the total cost. I understand other carpet cleaners do the same but given how quickly he goes over the carpet - my mind kept thinking cha-ching! It did not help getting another offer from Angie's List soon after offering carpet cleaning at a cheaper rate - including all stairs. Would use him again but the $165.00 additional charge was more than I expected to pay for three rooms and stairs.

Don was awesome! Not only did he explain to me in detail how I could treat the accidents in the future on my own, he scheduled me right away, showed up on time, and did an excellent job! My daughter was home when he came and raved about how nice he was and how he explained everything to her. He was professional, reliable and performed high quality work! I highly recommend him!

He did a great job and is always very responsive. He's cleaned our carpets through the years and absolutely loves his job. He knows everything there is to know about cleaning carpets.
