Replace flat roof - had to have sub come back out and re-do part of it, because they glued it to the side of the house. Looked terrible. Re-roof shed - done. Replace wood shingles as needed on house - very pleased. Replace decks - original decks were removed, but not covered up so dog could get in and out of house. This was a major issue, because we discussed multiple times. Replace bathroom windows - done. Replace bathroom vent/stack - done. Paint house - multiple coats, because it didn't appear that any of the new shingles had been primed. Paint on sidewalk, light fixtures, gutters/downspouts, fence, new decks. Spot below the deck was missed. House was painted flat, but touched up with semi gloss. Electrician - ripped us off. New outlets didn't work. Had to threaten contractor with stop payment on check to get electrician back. This is too bad. Steve seemed like a super nice guy, but seemed like there was an issue of some sort with almost every aspect of the job.
Description of Work: A hand full of projects that had just been adding up because of neglect by previous owners. Replace flat roof, re-roof shed, replace wood shingles as needed on house, replace decks, replace bathroom windows, replace bathroom vent/stack and paint the house. Used electrician recommended by contractor to run 2 exterior lines (flood light and outlet) as well as 3 outlets in basement and to replace main breaker in panel (200 amp to 100 amp). Also provided an estimate to remodel bathroom and replace windows in basement, but we declined because of issues experienced during exterior work.
