Bungii

Floor and Decor contracts this incredibly poor company to deliver thousands of $$'s of flooring. However, since it's a door-dash style app equivalent, Bungii can't tell Floor and Decor or it's customers when you'll actually get your stuff. That's not good when the materials impact project schedules. Plus - it's texting only. They will not call you and haven't responded to email requests to do so. What you get is a guy in a pickup truck without any tools. It's literally an app that summons drivers w/pickups to delver you critical material. The guy they assigned me couldn't even take the full load and didn't tell me about it. He had to unload a pallet of tile boxes by hand, by himself. I had to do my own inventory to discover the shortage and then PICK IT UP MYSELF. Why you ask? Because they started the whole "we don't know when it'll be delivered story" AGAIN. This is literally a joke. Stay away on your own, and don't let Floor and Decor use them to deliver your products.

Great experience! I was kept in the loop regarding pick-up and delivery. Deliverers, Robert Simmons and Bradley Bourgeois were patient and did a great job.

Service quality and customer service were excellent! Charles W and Adam S were prompt and totally on top of it. They worked very well as a team and communicated very well with me. Both were incredibly patient with some of the challenges on my end (freight elevator reservation) and kept a great attitude throughout. Came equipped with all the necessary equipment to transport my furniture safely and undamaged (dolly, tarps, straps, etc.). This is my 2nd time using the service and it has easily become my go-to. Customer service is also very prompt with their responses. Highly recommend. Would recommend reserving a day or two in advance for your own piece of mind. Driver reservations don't take long to be assigned but it doesn't happen as quickly as an uber ride just so you know what to expect. Save money by actively helping or having other hands to support you. It'll make things a lot easier.

This service is awesome! I love my car, but a day has not gone by that I haven't regretted selling my truck. I'm remodeling a house and often need to haul stuff. I went to Home Depot planning to have them deliver, but they will only drop it at the end of my driveway - for a significant amount I might add. So, I asked about renting their truck, but it was broken down. The HD clerk then told me about an "uber-type" service his Mom once used. I am SO glad he did! Klay at Bungii support walked me through the process. I ordered my items from HD online then ordered the pickup via the Bungii app. Matt and Dan picked the items up, brought them to the house AND carried them to my attic!! Klay, Matt, and Dan were all very helpful and nice. As far as I'm concerned there is no other delivery service in KC!

It went great! I was able to have two guys to delivery my couches within an hour of purchase! Super friendly and very fast - would absolutely recommend!

It was so easy! The driver was prompt, helped me load and unload all the items, and was a great guy to have help move my stuff into my new place.
