+ 0 moreI asked Bright Side to help me replace some of the failing plumbing in my 30 year old home. They were able to assist me on the same day I called. Kalen was careful to explain the repairs he was recommending and why they were needed. He was thorough and found issues I wasn't aware of but that clearly existed (leaking valves I hadn't noticed but could see evidence of once pointed out). I felt taken care of and that my house was being well taken care of. Kalen was very kind and courteous. It was an overall great experience.
Description of Work: Drain replacement, faucet replacement, supply and shut off replacement, pressure regulator and thermal expansion tank, replacement of bathroom stack piping.

They gave me the best recommendations on the tests we needed and good thing they did because we had high levels of arsenic and were able to find the perfect filter and softener for our well water. They also helped with concerns we had on a jetted tub. I highly recommend them.
