[Member Name Removed] purchased a 4 hour leaf removal on January 14. We had planned on getting it done right away but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. The following is the emailed conversation we had... Hi, what is the strategy now that snow has fallen and more expected tomorrow eve? Do I have to wait till spring time? The good new is we are staffed year round and you will not have to wait till spring time to have this completed. You are first on the schedule and we will complete the work as soon as the weather permits. We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you out. Thank's Mike--You don't know how much I appreciate you! We also had a phone conversation about the ornamental grass which needed to be cut back and caused the bad review. During the conversation we expressed that we would cut back the grasses but there would be a discounted cost, in addition to the leaf removal purchase, for us to do this. We sent the bill for $25 for the additional cost. [Member Name Removed] called us regarding this and we returned the phone call to discuss but left a voice mail message as she did not answer. We did not get a return call to discuss but this review showed up instead.
