Bock's Steam Star

They arrived on time, gave me the bid, then they had an issue with getting the van door open - which they had to get open to get their equipment out. Approx. a 1/2 hour after trying to get the door open themselves, they had to take the van in to the shop. I explained I really needed the carpets cleaned that day - they had another crew out in just an hour or two! I am always impressed with Bock's Steam Star & how professional and curteous they are! They always do a fantastic job!

Very well. The day was quick and painless. The crew (John and Steve) loved their work, were professional and a pleasure to be around.

To my knowledge, this is the tird time this carpet has been cleaned in four years. The results of this cleaning has far exceeded the results of previous work, even though the carpet has been exposed for a longer time. I do not hesitate in recommending this firm for any carpet cleaning work.

They did a good job. They are environmentally conscious and they have gotten good ratings overall.

I was given a quote of $99. I asked if they would take the $30 Angie's List coupon and was told that they could only clean my sofa for the minimum price of $94. I was disappointed that the minimum price applied and I couldn't use my coupon. However, my sofa looks great. I would use their services in the future.

This company is amazing. The customer service is probably the best I have ever had in a service company.

The experience went extremely well overall. From the time we placed the call to procure an estimate to when the services were performed, the company was very professional, friendly, and responsive. They took the time to come in person ahead of time to walk through the house and provide a description of all available services.

There were very professional in what they did. There were very knowledgeable and I had a good experience. They did what they said they were going to do.

They were fine. We had them come last fall, but had to cancel this last Decmeber because of personal issues. They called about two weeks to ago ask to reschedule appointment, but I told them I would call them back. It was very nice to have them call and check in. They were very pleasant on the phone.

Our Tech, John, was very professional, polite, and answered all my questions. He felt they would be able to significantly improve our situation with the most conservative treatment Potential issues and gave me a quote. One of the owners came in to bring supplies and helped do the cleaning. They were VERY thorough and careful. Overall they were all very professional when dealing with me and each other. I will definitely use them again.

It came back better than I expected. It looks better than it did when I bought the truck 9 years ago. This truck has been well used over the years as a work truck, it has also been smoked in. After the cleaning and deodorizer there are no signs of the abuse that I put it through.

My carpets were in terrible condition and when the job was finished, they looked new! Really!

They gave great advice and the job that they did was better then I have ever had.

Representative who came to give us the estimate was courteous, helpful, and punctual. The technicians who did the cleaning arrived as scheduled, were able to answer any questions we had, and performed cleaning as agreed. We were quite satisfied. There was an error in computation on our estimate (in the sales tax I think) but we were charged per the estimate.

It went as promised. They did what they said they would. I was not disappointed.

They gave us a good estimate and worked with us on price. They came in on short timing and were very professional, knowledgeable, and very passionate about carpet cleaning. He loves his job! He did a great job and we don't have any complaints. They pointed out spots that were unable to be cleaned, and were upfront about these spots.

After calling numerous carpet cleaning companies on Angie's List I decided to go with Bock's because of the number of positive ratings and I felt comfortable with the person who came and gave me a quote. Two technicians came and deep vacuumed my carpet, pre-spotted it after discussing with me how long the spots had been there and what they could be, cleaned it with a solution, dried and groomed the carpet. I paid extra to have light furniture moving done in 2 of the rooms even though they did not move every piece I thought they were going to. I moved the furniture in the other room. hey were very professional, punctual and did a nice job.

It was fine. There ware 2 people and they were fine when I was there. They were very nice and I would use them again. They did a very good job.

Very well- they came in and gave the estimate, cleaned the carpet, blocked up the furniture, moved what they could and cleaned the carpet thoroughly.

Carpet cleaning was good, though I felt like they continually were trying to sell me more services to raise the bill. At the end, the serviceman told me that several new stains had come up in the master bedroom as a result of the cleaning and that he was unable to completely remove them -- interestingly, I couldn't see the stains that he referred to and am still happy with how the carpet looks today. During this conversation I was informed that if I was unhappy with any area of carpet cleaned they'd be more than happy to make a return visit for a new service fee, $50+. I think that is absurd, if I think they have not adequately performed the service they were hired for, why should I have to pay more money to get them to do the job right! As it was, I would say they were pricier than others I have used in the area, but I wanted to make sure that the carpet came clean. I have never had a carpet cleaning service quote such a policy in the past. As a result, even though I was happy with the actual carpet cleaning, I would never use Bock Star Steam again.
