It's the 2nd time I had them, professional and on time.

The technician was on time and polite as always. We have used this company for years and have never had a problem.

I had used them for a number of years with great success. The last time I used them they were training a technician and I weren't happy with that, but overall I've been happy with their work.

They did a real good job. It was ok. They were very good. Yes, I would use them again.

They arrived the same day we called to assess our situation, explained what we needed to do to resolve the situation and why, provided us options, and ordered the necessary equipment at what we believed to be a reasonable price. They didn't push for us to choose the most expensive option - in fact, explained why that wasn't necessary. The day of installations, they arrived when expected, were friendly, worked efficiently, and left the work areas clean and tidy. What more could we have asked?

I thought I had to get my ac replaced but they told me I only needed a part, so they saved me a lot of money ($60 vs an estimate of $500). They were very punctual and professional too! I would absolutely use them again!

The technician, Ryan, took the furnace apart and looked at the rust spots the other company's technician had said were proof of a leak. Ryan said those spots were normal on a furnace of this age. He also said my furnace has safety switches that would trip if the heat exchanger was faulty and letting air in from the wrong source. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward and assured me my furnace still has a few years left in it. He saved me from having to replace perfectly good equipment. I'm very grateful.

The owner himself showed up to give a quote, which was detailed and accurate. This was for an insurance claim, so their hands were a bit tied on what they could do. However, they even put a new humidifier on and changed some ducting to better the system from the previous installer at no charge. They replace the furnace in several hours. The installers were professional and trustworthy. It was nothing but a GREAT experience.

They original crew who came earlier cleaned the interior of the unit and the cooling fins. But, the guy who came recently did not do any of those. But, everything else was fine. He checked the pressure level and the connections. There isn't anything major about him. Just that cleaning of the interior helps a bit. Later I did it myself.

It went very well. they were on time and were very professional. they were in and out in no time. we were very pleased with them overall.

Overall it was a very good experiance. Everyone associated with Beebe Heating & Air Conditioning was friendly and honest with me including the people who answer the phone and the tech's who came to my house. I was even able to speak with the owner when I had a question. Very good company that does excellent work at an affordable price.

These guys always do great. Spoke with person in office. She's very personable. The office also calls 15 minutes before arrival and servicemen show up on time. Cleaned and performed lots of tests on the system including the humidifier and filters. Removed blower and checked all sheet metal for degradation. Tested running system for heat and airflow.

I will post more details later when I have the time to write a book. In the meantime, they installed my two air conditioning units and my two furnaces. They are by far the worst company I have ever worked with. Their customer service and follow through is completely unacceptable. Their ownership just changed hands and the company is still horrible to work with. I have had to involve York, the manufacturer of our furnaces, several times to get Beebe to come out and fix problems that they themselves created due to poor installation and misrepresentation. They also installed the trunk and supportive duct work for our lower level. They did not connect a main supply and several other ducts came undone during construction of our lower level because the fittings were not tight. There were multiple holes and gaps left in the duct work which has caused my high efficiency furnaces to generate a higher electrical bill than before they were installed. We have since repaired, on our own, most of their terrible work. Unfortunately, most of it was already covered up with drywall before we knew there was a problem. After the job was completed, you could hear a loud rattle due to the vibration caused by their duct work and PVC pipes being placed too close to other plumbing. Some of it has been fixed but many areas we can no longer access due to the completion of the space. My AC units wake us up at night when the units turn off and on. They are incredible loud. They create a big clunking sound and Beebe states that they cannot fix the noise or they are just unwilling. This, I'm sure, will be another phone call that I will have to make to the manufacturer to get Beebe out to our home to finally fix it. This company is a train wreck to work with! Buyer beware! Johnson County informed us that they do not have a 2012 contractor license.

I have a pre-paid program with them so I didn't pay anything when they came out. They performed their job.

My problem was the thermostat,a minor thing... however Beebe installed my new heating and air conditioning in 2004. Before that, the summer after my husband died suddenly I had little money, it was 102 degrees and the air quit.... they fixed it with no part required and charged me NOTHING... it lived on 2 more years and I called them for new one... they were kind and honest wow

Beebe has been our maintenance provider since 2007. They are always professional and straightforward with recommendations, without any high-pressure salesmanship. When we had an insurance claim involving damage to the air conditioner, Beebe provided an estimate for repair to help ensure we received an appropriate settlement. Beebe also provided a replacement estimate with a menu of options to choose from. We decided to spend some extra money and replace the air conditioner with a more efficient unit. Beebe arrived on time and had the replacement finished in about four hours. The installation workmanship was excellent. Final price was as agreed in the estimate. I would recommend Beebe to anyone looking for a no-nonsense heating and air conditioning contractor who provides dependable and reliable services.

I paid $475 on that work. I continue using them because they are always very prompt, very pleasant and very clean. They explain everything to me very well and I have been very pleased with them.

The bid was well-presented, with three price options for various systems by someone who clearly knew the business well. They may not be the cheapest providers in town, but their bid was the lowest of the three we got. About nine days elapsed from bid acceptance to installation (which was fine; the old system still functioned). They worked amazingly quickly to get the entire system up and running in less than a day, and they cleaned up behind themselves very well. I read that correct installation is more important than brand in how well the system works. If so, they deserve great credit for a problem-free, highly efficient heating and air system. They even did a follow-up phone call after a couple of weeks to see if we had any questions or problems. Beebe gives a one-year warranty on all labor. They came back in the Spring to check the air conditioning system. Both systems have proved very energy-efficient, quiet, and problem-free. I highly recommend them.

They were in and out in about 3 hours. They kept everything very clean, answered any questions I had about the new furnace and the programmable thermostat they put in. I did check them out on "Angie's List" before hiring them. I would have them back again. Very nice people.

I received the estimate from Greg and scheduled the installation. This was to replace a 16 year old furnace and air-conditioner. The air-conditioner was rated at 10 SEER but was KCPL tested at 5.2 SEER. The replacement was a Lennox 21 SEER unit and the furnace replacement was a Lennox high efficiency furnace. The work was done about a week after the acceptance of the estimate. John, Chris and Eric were there about 8:30 on the day of installation and worked thru until they finished around 4:30. They were very professional, answered any questions I had, walked me thru the operation of the new thermostat and cleaned up very well. I was very pleased with their work and since there was a rebate from Lennox plus a credit from KCPL and also the tax credit, I believe I got a good deal. (the price stated was before any rebates). Beebe has done work for me previously (thermocouple replacements, humidifier installation, air cleaner installation and A-coil replacement) and I would highly recommend them.....

It went great. Beebe had to work directly with our contractor as they were in the middle of framing up parts of the house. Our contractor and employees had nothing but great things to say about their professionalism, communication and quality of work. They went above and beyond - were always punctual and put in a great system for us.
