Excellent! This was the most professional, courteous, hard working construction team we have ever had.

This was an amazing team to have create our screened in porch. From Daniel & Luis, who did the entire build and worked even on crummy weather days, Milly & Willie who painted & sealed the ceiling, Jim who hung the ceiling fan and smoke detectors, Cody on the lighting and outlets, and Christian, the construction manger who oversaw the project. Just TOP NOTCH teamwork and quality.

We had two projects with Average Joe construction, and we are very pleased with the results. First project was the exterior painting of our house, and we were impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the work. Everything was caulked prior to painting, and Milly, Monchito and Willie were very professional and thorough. They were all a delight to work with! Next project was finishing our basement. Victor and his crew did an excellent job, and brought our vision for the space to life. Milly and her crew did a great job with the painting, and Neftali and Rubin built a beautiful back bar with floating shelves for us. Christian was our project manager, and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Lisa kept us updated on next steps as the project progressed, and helped us make selections for each phase. We would highly recommend this company for your home improvement projects, and will use them again, if needed, in the future. Thank you very much, Joe!

Joe and his team essentially built me a new house with new piles, new walls, new insulation, new bathroom, as well as installing drainage around the outside of my house to direct water away from it. I now have a nice new warm, dry and cozy house! Joe was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, was fair in price, moved the project along in good steed and had an excellent level of craftsmanship. I will be using them for my next project and will be recommending Average Joe's construction to anyone who needs a builder.

My accolades are many: 1. Most weeks worked progressed by working 6 days a week. Not to mention a holiday during one week where the workers showed up! They cleaned up debris at the end of the day, every day! 2. The workers laughed and sang to their native music throughout the day. They really enjoyed each other’s company. 3. They also took great pride in the work. 4. Their attention to detail, including Joe, Lisa, and Christian led to a beautiful finished product that has been dubbed “Camp Grandma” Specifically I’d like to thank and acknowledge Joe, Lisa, Victor, Daniel, Millie, Monchito, Willie and Christian for seeing my vision so clearly and bringing it to fruition. You’ve made me one happy camper!!!

Words can't really express how happy I am with the work that Average Joe Construction did to my new house. I haven't yet decided which is my favorite part though I'm leaning toward that beautiful glass tile and medallion in the kitchen. Victor did am exceptionally great job.The workers really did make it a home that I can love for a long time coming. I would personally like to thank Christian, Milly, Willie, Monchito, Neftali, Victor and his crew. They are all amazing at their craft. They also did a great job of trying to keep my home in as little disarray as possible. With construction I'm sure that isn't easy. I can rest assured that the work done was done right the first time, no shortcuts.

The team at Average Joe Construction transformed our dated master bath into an oasis. From the planning to the execution the entire team made the process easy and the work product the highest quality. This was a large project, but the build team led by Victor has amazing attention to detail ensuring the final product was of the highest quality. We had all new cabinetry created by Neftali - so functional (including custom built spots for my hairdryer and hiding everything that used to sit out on the counter). The painting team including Milly, Monchito, & Willie ensure the room came together. We also appreciated high end finishes like a custom window that goes from clear to masked with the touch of a button (thank you Christian for overseeing this complex piece of the build). All of this was possible thanks to Joe (the owner) vision and Joe going to great lengths to understand how we used the bathroom and how we wanted to use the bathroom and to Lisa, the overall project manager who kept us informed along the way. I think the pictures speak for themselves - amazing transformation and we love the end product. It truly feels like I am in a high end hotel every day. Thank you Average Joe Construction!

Average Joe Construction was great to work with! Lisa and Joe were very attentive in helping design the master en-suite! Victor did an amazing job! My bathroom/bedroom look like something you would see in an exquisite resort!! The creativity and talent they have turned my dream into a reality!! Their painting crew Monchito, Milly, and Jose did an exceptional job with the walls they had to work with! I’m excited to start the next project with the kitchen remodel!!

Excellent! Joe was referred to us by a professional colleague. The bottom step of our deck stairs had a lot of give. Joe inspected and showed us how the entire bottom of the stair structure had water damage and rot due to improper original build. An interim fix by another contractor had been wholly insufficient — it had only been superficial. Joe and crew fit us in and met our tight deadline for our son's graduation party and replaced the entire staircase in just two days. It was done timely and expertly. Especially appreciated were the before and after photos, as well as the detailed description of the problem, the associated safety issues, and the fix. He was also able to re-use the Trex planks — only needing to replace the rotted structural boards. The new staircase is solid! We'll now have Joe bid on a much larger project for another property. He's our new go-to guy!

Average Joe Construction has now completed three projects for me and I feel confident in recommending this company. Average Joe's first project for me was born out of necessity. I had water damage in my basement and the company replaced the damaged portion of my floor. The second job was to repaint the entire interior of my home, both downstairs and the main level. And just last week, Average Joe wrapped up the third project...redoing my fireplace, painting my kitchen cabinets and island, and tiling the kitchen floor. I have been more than impressed with the workmanship and beyond happy about how my place has been transformed from the house I bought in 2020 to the home I love living in today! Joe & Lisa are with you every step and every detail of the way, from your ideas and goals to a plan and the estimate, on to the work itself, then cleanup and final inspection. They patiently answer every question and address each concern. I have a couple more projects in mind and Average Joe Construction will be the company I call.

Average Joe was exceptional! They helped me design my dream home and were responsive and easy to work with throughout the project. They told me it would take 12 weeks and it took 11! The remodeling was so extensive that I moved out. The finished product far exceeded my expectations.

Joe was great to work with from assisting with design ideas to the final walkthrough to ensure we were satisfied with the project. He and his team were professional, courteous and respectful. We are very happy with the quality of work and with our decision to go with Joe!
