Description of Work: This company is the authorized repair service for LG and their warranty company so I had to use them. My refrigerator stopped cooling on 5/21. After 5 service calls and 4 repairs, the technician said it was unrepairable on 7/24/17. He nor the company have yet reported this to LG even though I have made dozens of phone calls to them to do so. They will not return my calls and all you get is their voicemail system.

Description of Work: Work on computer. Arrived at the house and within 10 minutes needed to leave. His wife called and said she couldn't get the garage door to go down. Understandable ... but this wasn't the first time he needed to leave within minutes of arriving and left for the same reason: Wife called, garage door won't go down. Thanks, anyway. We'll find someone else next time.

Description of Work: He came to the house, wife called & said she was having "problems with garage door" (which seems to be a code excuse between he & his wife to leave). Wasn't sure he really did much of anything ... even after coming back the next day. We won't be using his services again.
