Easy website startup followed by a visit to their showroom to pick carpet to closely match existing and then a home visitation to measure and discuss price,payment and installation date. all was smooth. Everything was completed in two days with original carpeting and padding hauled off premises. The installers and my contact Chris who came and measured and completed the order were all very professional and knowledge of the business. The entire job was completed to my satisfaction.

Chris went out of his way to accommodate me and my schedule by bringing out samples and helping me select carpet for my basement and making sure that it was in budget. He showed me many prices ranges and I appreciated that, I'm glad because it helped me put cost in perspective and choose the right price range for my project. The thing that really topped if it off was the installation, on time, well done and great attention to detail around the stairs. Great service, definitely use them again!

I have never shopped for a rug before. As I walked in I was greeted very professionally with questions about what I liked as far as pattern and color for my rug. She showed me around and pulled out several rugs that fit my taste. I was very happy with the product knowledge as I know nothing about rugs. I learned a lot just in a short amount of time. I ended up purchasing a 9 x 12 with a modern pattern and great colors. I would recommend this showroom for anyone in need of finding an area rug.

We went in and met with Mr Bradford. He was courteous and very knowledgable about the type of rug we needed. After selecting multiple rugs that we thought fit our style and decor (we brought in photos of the rooms we were wanting rugs for) he helped with the suitable styles. He also offered to bring the selections to our home to look at in our actual rooms. This helped us to be able to chose the perfect rug for our rooms. We will certainly buy our rugs from him again in the future.

It started fine. My husband and I went on 3/4/16 and were assisted by John Popchoke. We found the type of carpet we liked and got the price information and what was included, which we did research and seemed reasonable. We left with two carpet samples and Mr Popchoke ordered us two more. He said several times the samples would take a couple of days to come in. He acted like we could just come pick them up. Not a problem. I waited over a week and on 3/11 I called and spoke to Brigid. I asked about the status of the samples, just because I hadn't heard anything. She said she'd look into it and have John call me back on Monday, 3/14. Monday came and went and I heard nothing. I waited another week and called again on 3/21. Again, spoke with Brigid. Told her I still hadn't heard anything and no one had called to update us or anything. She said she'd look into it and call me back. She called me the next day and left a message saying the samples had been ordered and John would contact us when they were in, which should be by Friday at the latest. On Thursday, 3/24, I received a call from Mr Popchoke who left me a message saying he had gotten his samples, so mine should be coming in the mail that day or the next. Well, I received no samples either day. On 3/25 I went back in to return the original samples from 3/4. By this point we had decided that we were not using the company due to the poor communication of the staff and the apparent inability to order things. I gave the samples to John Popchoke and explained the situation. I asked why no one had contacted us in the three weeks about the samples. His response was that he just orders the samples and doesn't follow up because they always just come to the customer's homes. I said I understood that but I had called twice and let people know that I had no samples, so why didn't he follow up? His response was he doesn't follow up because they just come. I stated that I had notified him and he should have followed up because there was a problem. He had no response. Due to this man and his unprofessionalism, we will not be using this company. We were all ready to use them - just trying to get the right color. A simple apology and an explanation would've gone a long way. Proceed here with caution. I can't use a company I can't trust to get stuff done. I feel I was very patient and gave them ample opportunity to remedy what I feel was them just forgetting to order my samples. To this day, no samples have come in the mail, btw.......
