 + 2 moreWe had an excellent experience from start to finish. Allure Luxury Homes was able to make recommendations for best use of the space at the best price. They turned a basement we dreaded using into one that we look forward to spending time in. We felt comfortable with Allure's process. The initial meeting to discuss goals and budget, plus drawings and a thorough scope of work helped solidify our decision. We were provided a construction schedule and updates by emails, texts and voicemails.They were also great about supplying references and provided us a list of their subcontractors and contact information. We did get several bids but felt like Allure's years of experience plus excellent referrals justified their estimate. We were so pleased with the results that we have requested bids to update our kitchen and powder room. We look forward to working with Allure Luxury Homes in the future! Description of Work: We worked with Allure Luxury Homes to remodel our basement. We built our house 9+ years ago and ran out of energy when it came to finishing the basement. Basically, it was a beige shell. Allure saw the potential and helped us create a warm, inviting space. We added trimwork, repaired drywall, painted walls, ceilings and trim, replaced carpet and pad, modified and added lighting and updated a bar area. Allure helped coordinate our decor selections and captured them all in a decor worksheet. The quality of work was extremely high and matched the finishes in the rest of our home. The workmen were conscientious and Allure made sure that our home as well as the area under construction remained picked up and clean.

 + -1 moreThey were enthusiastic and creative and creative and always did what they said they were going to do. some times lagged between stages of project.
Description of Work: Built a custom screened in porch and pulled plot plans for us so we knew how large we could make it also helped with design and made great recommendation lots of experience. They built our house for us also 13 yr ago.
