Steve was very up front and honest when discussing his findings in our attic and did not try to sell me on any additional services that we did not need. We did NOT have a rat problem, contrary to what Joshua’s Pest said…or any other rodent problem…only very minimal bat activity that did not require any further remediation. I paid him for his service call, and that was it.

Called Steve and they were out the next day ( I think it was Mark who actually showed up) and they found a dead bird in the fireplace. But two things really stood out for me about their service. They were very kind and helpful, and Mark went up on the roof to see how the bird got in. He repaired some screen that had moved down allowing a space for the birds to get in. He also checked my other chimneys while he was up there. I won't name names but I have tried to use other similar franchised services and found them to be sorely lacking in customer service and follow-through, but these guys were GREAT. I live near a wooded area so critter are part of my life, like it or not, so you know I will be calling these guys again. Prompt, considerate, thorough, helpful, and concerned about the birds, which is important too.

They were very nice. It's not the same problem obviously so I don't blame them that after they took the bats, we've had snakes but they were helpful. They were kind and prompt, clearly when a person was in great stress, they were helpful. One of the things I appreciated about him was that he didn't say bad things about other people in the same profession. He saw some other work that we've had done earlier and I hadn't been delighted with some of the other work that someone else had done. I thought he was just very professional and I really appreciated his positive responding. Now we don't have snakes. I referred my friends to Steve. I tell everyone that my friend Steve comes and gets bats and snakes for me. For the removal of the snakes, he did all the way around the perimeter of the house and he searched the basement, removed anything that needed to go away. I think it was $300 for the whole treatment. He came out and did it another time too. It rained super hard and he came and did it again. He brought 2 guys the time he came when he did that and he poked around in all the stuff in the yard and the rocks. For what he did, I am fairly certain that was a great use of time. My grown up son does the same job in Oklahoma so I am very certain that it's a good value. It would have cost us probably a thousand dollars in Tulsa.
