No one wants to replace their roof but Stephen made the process stress free and completed the project ahead of schedule. With a newborn Stephen managed his other projects and timed his team to arrive the second our car was packed to depart town. We were given updates throughout the project and once we arrived home the job site was cleaned and the roof looked impeccable.

My parents used Alexanders Roofing last fall to replace their roof after noticing a leak in the ceiling. They told me how great Stephen was to work with and how helpful he was in navigating the insurance claim process. They had nothing but good things to say about the crew, and I could see how beautiful the roof was when they were done. Late last spring, I noticed a leak in my kitchen ceiling and I knew who I wanted to call! I also had a great experience. Stephen took the time to do a thorough inspection, including crawling up in my unfinished attic. He negotiated adeptly with the insurance company, and was great at communicating all the steps and answering my questions prior to the replacement. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up meticulously. My new roof is beautiful too, and most importantly, solidly built and has stood up to all the stormy weather we have been having. We've worked with Alexander's Roofing on two occasions now to fix roof leaks on our building. Both times they were quick and did great work. The first time we use Alexander's, we had two other companies try to address the leak first, but Alexander's was the one who was actually able to solve the problem. They will be first on my list to call if I have more roof repair needs.

Called in response to service providers list per Angie's list inquirh. Same day service for visiting the house and providing estimate of repairs needed. Pricing was very reasonable for work performed. Estimate was provided the very next morning and approval was provided to perform the repair. Repair was then performed same day as estimate and approval!!! Email of repair complete and picture of finished work provided by close of business same day. Very happy with work performed and quick turnaround time. 2 days from start to finish!!! Would contract again. Thank you Alexander Roofing for keeping us dry!!

We had our roof and gutters replaced and were very happy with the job performed by Alexanders. From start to finish we had a good experience. The only complaint I have is that the gutter people did not blow the gravely stuff off the sidewalk and patio that came loose during the installation. Pretty minor but I expected they would as the roofers did do so.

From start to finish I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and quality of service provided by Alexanders Roofing. When my roof began leaking after a lot of snow and ice had accumulated and then melted, I was concerned I had a major problem and was not sure where to start. I was referred to Alexanders roofing by a good friend who had work done by them and he had nothing but good things to say. After contacting them Sam, the owner, was out the very next day to inspect my roof personally. After inspection from both the attic of the house and exterior of the roof he told me what he had found and what needed to be done. What impressed me the most was how much Sam made a point to educate me about my roof, how the leak likely started in the first place, and the process of fixing it. What I thought was going to be a major problem turned out to just be a several hundred dollar repair. His crew was out the very next day to do the repairs and arrived when Sam said they would As a homeowner having a leaky roof can be a very stressful problem, but Sam and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them would not hesitate to refer them to any friend or family member!

The owner and his crew who replaced the roof were on time and professional. I didn't have to worry about any aspect of the whole process. The job went smoothly from start to finish.
