If there was a higher grade I would give it to Aldrich Contracting!! I was impressed with Dave and Celia Aldrich from the first time we met. Each time I spoke with them either in person or over the phone I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, patience and kindness. The first in-home visit was a get to know each other, see the house and hear what my thoughts were for the remodel. They measured, took notes and asked me lots of questions regarding the project. But mainly they listened to what I wanted. Within a week they were back to show me the plan they had come up with and see what my thoughts were. Then within another week I had a quote and budget for the project. A contract was signed, dates set and deposit paid with 3 weeks of the first meeting. Celia was great when she took me shopping for finishes. She was easy to talk to and bought me coffee on our shopping trips! She listened to what I liked, took me to where I could find it and helped me decide what would work together. Robbie was the lead carpenter for the project and I have nothing but "praises" for him. He not only is a superb carpenter but had lots of ideas when I didn't know what to do. He was always professional in my home and treated my home like he would his own. Even coming back to clean after the sub-contractors were there so I would not see the mess they had left. Kevin also helped on the project and he was just as professional and helpful as Robbie. I have never done a remodel before and everyone was patient, listened to my concerns and answered my questions without making me feel incompentent/stupid. I have heard lots of horror stories about remodeling but after this project, I have no qualms about doing another. I plan on doing my kitchen in the future and my first call will be to Aldrich Contracting!

He is excellent, we have used him over and over repeatedly. Their price is average.

End to end, quite well. Dave is an excellent contractor. Celia has design ideas and help that fits our desires spot on. Robbie and Kevin, two carpenters that not only can operate a hammer and saw, but their design and ideas will match that of most designers. We had some issues with the vanity, but they were not with this crew but with sub contractors, and Dave took care of those details and gave us the finished product that we are very pleased with.

Fantastic. We have a master bath that everyone says "WOW!" when they see it. They did everything and more, great ideas both before and while the project is ongoing. After the work was done, they came back for minor issues with no hint of delay. They honored their guarantee without question and without worrying about the time. We have just signed up for them to come do the second bath and anticipate it being just as wonderful. After that, when the money allows, they will be doing our kitchen. I dont think I could recommend anyone else. From the design, to the contracting, to the buildout, it was a wonderful and great team to work with.

Dave and Celia came out promptly and gave me a bid on our kitchen remodeling job. They were both very pleasant and I would definitely feel comfortable having them working in my house. We have decided to go with a different contractor, but I really liked the company and I would definitely want to consider them for future work.

We are very pleased with the work Dave's crew performed. While he wasn't able to begin the project as soon as we would have liked the delay in starting was so he could schedule the lead carpenter he felt was the best match for our project. The lead carpenter and his crew showed up when they said they would and didn't delay in moving the work forward. They worked around our schedule and although it took a little longer than anticipated (delay in getting the painting sub on the job) they met our required end date. They were very easy to work with and welling to discus what they would be doing when and why.

I talked to several other companies and picked Aldrich Contracting company. I was more than pleased. Dave, Celia and the crew were great. I never had any problems. Any questions, they returned my call immediatley. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day. I liked that they are down to earth and I never felt pressured in any of my decisions. My kitchen and bathroom are small and they took time to work with me and answered all my questions. They understood my likes and dislikes and were able to design a kitchen and bathroom that I would love. The work was fantastic and I was more than pleased. They finished the jobs in the time they said it would take. Everyone who has seen my new kitchen and bathroom love the results. I have and will use them for other jobs. I later used them to redo the hardwood floors and paint my living and dining room. They are a honest and ethical company which is not always easy to find.

They were the most professional company that gave me a quote. If I could afford his prices, I would use him based on the reviews on Angie's List and the professionalism with which he gave the quote. I contacted five or six different remodeling companies, and I was most impressed with them.

They were excellent to work with and very helpful. I have really nothing bad to say. The workers were great and part of the family. I will recommend them to others.

The job went very smoothly!!!

I'm very happy with my experience with Aldrich Contracting and ecstatic that the final product turned out better than I anticipated. It was a small job but was I treated like my project was an important one to the contractor. I found the communications excellent, with my questions and small modifications readily accepted. I had a concern during construction that the railing wasn't as solid as it should be and was advised that the designed would be modified to address the concern. This meant that more materials would be needed for the project but it didn't change the my cost. Additionally, a couple of little projects (fence repaired and rebared extending out of concrete was cut) was added in for a modest charge. Overall, I was completely satisfied and would use this company again.

The project stated with complete removal of all bath area items. A new tile floor and wall shower was constructed. A new deep soaking tub was installed with tile decking. A plate glass window was removed and replaced with glass block. A large mirror and vanity was replaced with new cabinets, a lot of new storage and granite top. The previously carpeted floor was replaced with tile. Wall paper removed and painted. Stained doors and trimmed were updated to an off white paint. The lead carpenter John was great. He applied a lot of attention to every detail. Everything was clean and materials were removed after every day. Dave prepared a nice quote containing everything we needed and a good quality selection. We, by choice went over budget on the glass shower door...worth every penny! In the end, the room is awesome! We would recommend Dave and his crew to anyone.

Dave and Celia Aldrich were extremely professional and easy to work. They developed a fantastic plan. Celia Aldrich was very helpful with design decisions. She was very accommodating to my schedule. The lead worker, Brad Randolf, was a perfectionist in his work. He and his assistant did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day. They were able to work with my basset hound at home. They were responsive to questions and concerns. Brad made great recommendations on details of the project. At the beginning of the project, my main sewer line broke requiring major expensive repair work. Brad was very helpful in assisting with me with making decisions on what to do and who to hire to repair the pipe. At another point, plumbing in a hallway bathroom behind the kitchen had a pipe break. Brad was able to repair it and continued with his work. The work took a little longer than expected, 8 and half weeks. The end result is more than I could ever imagine. It is absolutely beautiful. The project was completed about 6 weeks ago. We are thrilled and enjoying every minute at home.

Everything was good. The work was excellent. The workers were wonderful and cleaned up after themselves. They called back immediately regarding any questions I may have had. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

He is the only general contractor that has come in with his license and insurance, and a whole portfolio, with a two year warranty. He is now who I call for everything. He has now installed a door, done sheetrock and tile work, wiring, and concrete work. He is capable of doing small jobs up to very extensive remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms. I would trust him with the keys to my house. When there were things that I wasn't pleased with, he never debated with me at all, he just did the work until I was happy. He would keep on it until it was perfect.

AN ABSOLUTE FIRST CLASS COMPANY. DAVE, THE OWNER, SPENT ALMOST 2 HOURS WITH ME BEFORE I MADE THE DECISION TO CHOOSE HIM TO DO THE WORK (2 OTHER BIDDERS JUST MAILED ME THEIR BIDS). HIS TEAM WAS PUNCTUAL, RESPECTFUL AND FRIENDLY AND ARE INCREDIBLE CRAFTSMEN. WE HAD SEVERAL UNEXPECTED HICCUPS ALONG THE WAY AND DAVE WAS FLEXIBLE, FAIR AND DEDICATED TO GETTING IT JUST THE WAY I WANTED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL ABSOLUTELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
