We used Air Care for a repair to our air conditioning this summer and then we also had them come do some fall maintenance to our system. Larry came out and was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived right on time, as scheduled. Highly recommend this company and we’ll use again.

We've got a service contract with them. There was one person who came out to complete the service, and it took forty-five minutes.

They had done the installation previously. I am committed to them for a year because of the installation. It was a 2-stage furnace and air conditioner. My electric and gas bills have been significantly lower by at least one-third up to one-half.. Their price may have been a little higher but I got what I paid for. They are professional and did a great job.

I was interested in a Bryant replacement system for my home. I emailed this organization on a Friday evening and got an immediate email response much to my pleasant surprise. Jon indicated that he had received my email and that he or Dustin would contact me ASAP. Since it was Friday evening, I assumed that I would be contacted on Monday, the next reasonable working day. I think that would be a reasonable assumption. Monday came and went with no contact. On Tuesday I got an email from Jon indicating that Dustin would be calling me that day between 3 and 4pm. 4pm came and went with no call from Dustin, to my disappointment since I specifically carried my cell phone with me that afternoon as to not miss the call. On Wednesday, while I was on the line with another call, I received an incoming call. Once my original call was over about 3 minutes later, I checked my voice mail and there was a message from Dustin. Ok, I thought, better a day late (again) than never. I immediately called Dustin back and was told by a very polite lady that Dustin was indisposed at the moment but she would have him call me right back. I never received that call back. Jon never followed up with me to see if indeed Dustin did ever make contact with me. To this point Dustin has never returned my call. I keep hearing how tough the economy is, which would lead one to believe that businesses would be relatively interested in new clients. Apparently not. So, at this point, it would be tough for me to spend the likely $7-8000 I am going to invest into a new system with these folks. They don't seem to have much sense of urgency to do business with me, and this doesn't bode well in my opinion with how I would be treated once I was a client someday. I don't think it's too much to ask for people to call you when they say they are going to call you. Once, I could have overlooked. Two times not calling me back when you said you would, I look elsewhere. We're talking a major purchase here, and I just didn't feel like I was being taken seriously. Too bad, because I really did want to investigate Bryant equipment.

My interaction with them went fine. They were very professional, good, responsive and clean. The $8000 that I paid also included air cleaning. I would use their services in the future too and in fact, they are going to do the maintenance on my system.

I've had a contract with this company to maintain them for about 20-25 years now. I keep an annual contract every year with this company. If I ever need anything extra, they come right away and they do their job well. I have no complaints about this company. I know they're a little expensive but they do a great job.

The night after New Year, the furnace just shut down. I called them and they came out the next day and got it done within a day or so. They replaced the original equipment in the house which was about 20 years old. I have a service contract with them. They come out twice a year. They came out in the fall. They had to replace some parts. When the furnace shutdown I thought it had something to do with the part that had to be replaced. When they came out they realized it was another part. I would have to spend about two grand just to get it repaired. At that point I decided to replace it completely. I had an electronic air filter on it before and it got that from him and that increased the price by $900. I could have had it done for a lesser price somewhere else but I did not want to take a chance. I had an experience with them before and I knew that they would be around if I needed them. I will consider using them in the future.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS AND THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW FURNACE.
