Thanks to AdvantaClean for taking care of me and my family! I was terrified when we discovered that my entire basement was contaminated with black mold. My basement is the size of my entire house, so this was no DIY project. My family had become sick, and this matter was a serious health risk. Tom, the owner, put together an amazing crew of four workers for remediation. They were all professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They took no shortcuts and thoroughly cleaned every square inch of my basement and the contents. Their work performance was superior to the hygienist's recommendations for remediation. Brandon and Tyler managed the project. I appreciate their sincere concern as they assured me that AdvantaClean will take care of me. And they did! Their service went beyond my expectations. I had over forty 45-gallon bags of trash from spring cleaning the main and second floor. They offered to haul it out at no additional cost. They truly stepped to the plate while my husband was out of town. In order to calm my fears, Tom placed a complimentary air scrubber in my master bedroom. I had been wheezing, and there was a possibility that the mold went airborne due to mold contaminated in the furnace. With tears in my eyes, I say thank you, thank you, thank you for saving our lives.

We had a leak in our guest bathroom and I called AdvantaClean to remove the mold from the floor and false ceiling. They came and inspected and told me what they would do step by step and gave a quote which was 25% less than the competitors. After I hired they were on time did a excellent job. I would surely recommend them to everyone.

The project went very well. Even though it was a Friday evening, AdvantaClean came within an hour and a half. They efficiently pumped out the water and set up the equipment. It looks great now.

They arrived within a couple of hours of my call on a Friday evening. They found all the wet spots, pulled the baseboards, carpet and pads. They pumped out the water (75-100 gallons) and set up dehumidifiers and fans. They returned on Monday morning. It was all dry so they removed the equipment. Great efficient service in an emergency!

Before selecting AdvantaClean we called several companies asking if they were willing to give a free estimate to have some mold remediation done. They answered the phone on the first try! Something few of the other companies did. We visited about the work we needed to have done and set up an appointment for the estimate. We were a little unsure at first because they were a little late to the appointment, but the gentleman that showed up to do the estimate was very friendly and helpful. Walking through the home he noticed a lot that the other guys overlooked. I honestly expected their estimate to come in higher than the other companies because of all the additional items that he pointed out that needed to be addressed. Even though they were the last company to give us an estimate they were the first one to actually send it to us in writing. Their estimate was detailed and covered everything we asked about and even included options for different things we may or may not have wanted done. After reviewing all the estimates we decided to select AdvantaClean to do the job. They showed up on time and starting working right away. As the project went on they kept us informed each step of the way. We were VERY happy with them every step of the way. When the project was completed they noticed that the product they used had left some marks on the concrete outside where the dumpster was sitting. Most companies I’m sure would have just left it for us to deal with, but they stated they didn’t like the way it looked and would be back to clean it up. A few days later they were back with a power washer and cleaned the driveway. From start to finish we were extremely pleased! We would HIGHLY recommend AdvantaClean for your project and would hire them again!

It went very well. The folks were honest and candid and very helpful. There was an area where they determined there was no mold, so no work was performed and I wasn't charged. They did all the work for the agreed upon amount. They were on time, and courteous and left everything neat and tidy.

They did fine. I had talked to their sales rep about for the price the price I got a dryer vent cleaning they included. They were pretty thorough, efficient and they finished in a reasonable amount of time.

They were fantastic! Kevin Full came to give me an estimate in the evening and was very professional and trustworthy. The estimate he gave took into account that I was not going to file a claim with my insurance, unlike another service that had come the day before whose quote was much higher. Tim Sharp and Tyler came the next day to set up the fans and dehumidifier and were very accommodating and helpful. Tim came every day to monitor the progress and even brought two extra fans to speed up the process when it wasn't drying as quickly as they thought it might. In addition, Kevin called to make sure I was pleased with the service. In the end, they did a great job. So professional and very nice people. I would DEFINITELY use them again.

AdvantaClean of Kansas City did an excellent job cleaning our heating and cooling duct work as well as our dryer vent. Our house is about 14 years old and we have known for years that we needed to have our heating and air duct work cleaned. In addition, our dryer had not been drying our clothes very quickly and we had recently gone through two heating elements in just over a year. Our dryer vent is very long with multiple turns and we knew it must be very clogged and likely a fire hazard. Another company attempted cleaning the dryer vent for $100 in the recent past but it did not help our problem. After AdvantaClean finished the job, our dryer is now drying clothes as it should (less than 1/2 the time as before) and we have had no new issues. Overall, AdvantaClean provided an accurate estimate of costs and time required to thoroughly clean all of our duct work and dryer vent. They showed up on time, walked us through what would be happening throughout the day, and completed the job as expected and on budget. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. They went the extra mile to be careful in our home. They covered all work areas and wore shoe covers while in our home. They showed us before and after pictures of our duct work and dryer vent. We were shocked by how much dirt, dust, and 'builder materials' was in our heating and air duct work. Several of our family members have allergies to dust and you can literally feel and smell the difference in our home now. We were also frightened to see how much lint was in our dryer vent - a true fire hazard to say the least. It was clear that our choice to have our ducts and vent cleaned was a good one and we chose a highly qualified, professional company that did an incredibly thorough job. We would highly recommend AdvantaClean of Kansas City to anyone including (and especially) our friends and neighbors!! We were completely pleased with the overall experience.
