Adonis Spa Service

The owner of Adonis, Gary, visited our house Wednesday. He was a half an hour late. My husband did the work of removing the side panel, and plugging the power cord back in, then owner proclaimed the problem was fixed after he filled the tub with some water. Gary left the side panel off of the tub, leaving my husband to reinstall it as well. He was in the house for 20 minutes dealing with the tub. According to Mr. Adonis, he spent additional time in the driveway talking about the tub, but he was actually talking about his big new truck. Before he came, he told me it was $35 for the visit, then $50 for an hour of labor. He did not provide an hour of labor, he actually charged $60 for the "hour" of labor after he found out we had a veteran's discount coming, and then the problem started right back up the minute he left. I attempted to contact him several times over the course of 2 days. Previously he'd been immediately responsive. He finally responded and didn't offer to back up his "work" in any way. No offer to come actually fix the problem, and he refused the partial refund we politely requested. Would not hire again, would definitely not recommend to veterans or any other customers Mr. Adonis boastfully claims to support on his American Eagle plastered website.
