+ -1 moreA&J Relocation Services schedule to move me and my family in the morning 1 week prior to the move. The day of the move I have the uhaul at my house and start loading by myself while my wife watched the kids. After 15min past the scheduled time for movers to arrive I call movers since no word from them and they text me back saying they will arrive soon. After an hour they claim they will arrive 1 hr later and mean while my wife and I have been moving our household into the uhaul since we didn't have it all day. After a couple hours late I cancelled the mover via text since they wouldn't pick up the phone. The owner won't return payment but he keeps saying he will. He claims he can't get money out of bank since he lost his bank card and he told me he could meet in person and I told him I would gladly meet him for my refund for the services they didn't provide. They failed to communicate with me and never fulfilled their end of the agreement and my family was late taking the uhaul back as a result of their negligence and unprofessionalism. It is unfortunate that people/companies like this take advantage of other hard working families.

Description of Work: They moved a couple things out of my house in the process of moving they scratched my floor up and proceeded to tell me he would get someone to fix it its been 5 days and haven't heard anything. They were also 45 minutes late. l have sent texts and phone calls and have not received any call or message back. I want his insurance adjuster to come out and estimate the damage. I have called a few places myself to get a price as to how much it would be to fix it and your looking in the range off 300 to 400 dollars just for labor. If at all possible can i get Mr. will gates current address cause the one listed is a bogus address Thank You
