Description of Work: Complete tear out and installation of new tile and carpet in 2-story home. They did a great job, however left a lot of carpet fibers (didn't vacuum up their mess) and it appeared they cut the tile in several rooms leaving lots of tile dust on doors and woodwork and dusty hand prints on walls. Would have appreciated a little bit of post-install clean-up.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with the work Crook's Floor Covering did for us and will be contacting them again to lay flooring in our lower level.
Description of Work: CROOKS FLOOR COVERING....has been very helpful so far. I visited their store in Ottawa and the sales clerk spent at least an hour with me, answering all my questions and showing me all the rolls of carpet they had in stock. Then I scheduled an appointment to get our rooms measured for carpeting. Mr. Crook was very timely and helpful with more of my questions. I think we will be using them for our carpet installation. I will give another report with the work is completed. UPDATE..........WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED. The carpet install went superbly!! I was so impressed with the work Crook's Floor Covering did for us and will be contacting them again to install flooring in our lower level. They installed pad and carpet on our stairway, living room and upper hallway. They arrived on time on Friday morning and got right to work. The two men were so efficient with their time, all the work was completed before noon. They even brought in a vacuum and went over all the new surfaces when the install was complete.

+ 0 moreEXCELLENT JOB! Mr. Crooks came out and reviewed all the work we needed him to perform, as preparation to placing our home on the market. He gave us a fair price and began working on the project within a week. At the completion of the project, we requested that all of the wood floors be smoothed out further and an additional coat be applied. We also requested that the flooring area between the bathroom and hallway be adjusted to remove any dip. Mr. Crooks listened to our request and performed everything, rather well and in a timely manner. We were pleased.
Description of Work: Crooks Floor Covering refurbished all of the wood floors in our home, replaced linoleum flooring in two rooms and repaired subflooring damage around a leaking toilet.
