Everything was very professional with lots of detail. I was able to highlight the things I wanted to have more attention given to at each of the two inspections. I was also able to follow along in the home and/or point out certain items that I felt might be important for a further in depth look. He did not rush through anything and I feel confident in his assessment of things because of his experience in home building, permits, inspections, et. over the years. I had him give extra attention to the foundation of each home, grading around it, etc. Both checked out well. He is also good at pinpointing the age of the major items in the house such as the furnace, central air, water heater, dishwasher, etc. even if each unit is not tagged with the date. Good piece of mind from his inspections and again, lots of detail. We did not have a radon test done because of the device already being in the one home.
