S & L Seamless Guttering

The downspouts are fine. My husband did have to rework where it fits into the underground drainage. The downspout on one of the sheds was sticking out onto the sidewalk. After a long period of time I did call and he finally fixed it. The owner had a couple of guys who were new work on the sheds . Our main problem was with the house. After he got the gutter guard installed, he said he couldn't get it under the roof where it should fit. It would of been nice if he had told us before he finished the whole house. So, we noticed the next spring, the helicopters from the maple trees standing up straight caught in the screen. The owner did come out and remove them. The next year they were there again ,but of course, Sand L only promised to clean them once. So over the next 3 years the helicopters rotten off into our gutters. My husband got fed up with the situation and removed the screens. He found whole leaves along with the rotted stuff. We called Shane from Sand L. He came out (that's when he fixed the downspout handing over the shed sidewalk) and we complained about the screen guard. He said he would refund half of our money. We haven't heard from him again.

It is a young fellow that has been in business for 12 years. He was very punctual and did excellent work.
