They were careful to keep down dust and made sure they protected carpets and vacuumed up debris after they finished. Independent small business paint contractor serving the Lee's Summit and greater KC are for over 17 years. The owner is a hands on craftsman who usually has one employee working with him. I specialize in all facets of painting; however, any wood repair such as wood rot , siding issues,window seal repair ect. is done by an independent carpenter associate who is a well skilled craftsman, and customer pays him directly. Billing procedures are as follows; 10% down upon accepting contract to be put on scheduling list. 40% down upon start of job and balance upon completion. I do except major cards but there are additional fee's associated with that use, therefore I would prefer payment by check.
