They were recommended by another plumber that we worked with and we used then years ago to put in some initial French drain. Then I’ve had them come back since they know the yard and we know them. We’ve used them 3 times.

The guys that do the work really know what they're doing! After turning on sprinkler system, a leak was found in one of the zones and the guy was able to identify and repair the leak during that visit (and in a timely manner). Laid out new zone for a newly landscaped area. Installed zone on the next visit. Installation of new zone was done with minimal disturbance to the landscaping; mulch was returned where it had been pulled away. Sidewalk swept and clean. My only complaint about this company is their office staff!! I had to call FOUR times before I was on their schedule for turning on the sprinkler system and getting an estimate (Call 1: I was told girl who schedules was at lunch and given to her voice mail; left detailed message; call not returned. Call 2: rang forever, no voice mail ever picked up, called during regular business hours. Call 3: called during business hours, call went to voice mail, b/c previous message had been unreturned, I didn't leave a message. Call 4: finally got through and scheduled. Also, after receiving the estimate the guy said he'd have the office call the next day to schedule the installation. Three days later, and no phone call, I called the office and got the installation scheduled.

KEVIN IS REMARKABLE IN THAT HE JUST WANTS YOU TO GET A GOOD PRODUCT. HE WILL TELL YOU WHO HE THINKS DOES GOOD WORK AND WHEN HE DOESN'T KNOW. HE PULLED ME OUT OF A BAD INSTALL PROBLEM WITH A SUPPLIER THAT HE DIDN'T RECOMMEND AND WAS GENTLE IN DELIVERING THE BAD NEWS.
