Window Cleaning

Are my windows clean? Yes. Would I use this company again? No. Reid, an owner came to clean my windows. Overall he was very unprofessional and rude. When I walked him around the house to show him the windows he had a complaint on nearly every single window because he thought it was going to be difficult. On one window he said he couldn't clean it until I showed him that it tilted in. I feel this is something that a professional window cleaner should know. There is nothing extraordinary about my house to make my windows difficult. I live in a two story town house which I explained over the phone when booking the services. I tried to make small talk to be polite and whenever I attempted to do so I didn't even get a response. As he was doing his work he spent much of his time on the phone via his blue tooth headset where much of the conversation was inappropriate to have around someone you don't know. Luckily, I don't have children to overhear his foul language. Lastly, he broke a window. He said that it was chipped before he started cleaning it but I never saw the chip and I'm pretty observant. I had to specifically ask for him to replace it and he said "Uh, I guess I can if you want me to." Of course I want you to replace the window you broke. I feel that should go without saying. He did replace it but complained about it the whole time and how much it would cost him. Once he left I had to go around cleaning up the bread crumb trail he left behind. Dirt under one window, blinds askew. I had to remove one sliding door and put it back in place. The item I was most upset about was the water all over the carpet on my living room floor. Luckily we are getting ready to replace it anyway. Then when the new window pane was ready he called to set up a time to bring it by. Again he was short with me and rude. He said he would come by on Saturday and never showed. Then he called on Monday and said he would be there in 30 minutes so I had to leave work early. Overall I do not recommend this company. You get what you pay for and I would never invite this person back into my home.
