Unknown handy man

we had multiple appointments and multiple cancellations/no shows. He showed up last Thursday and broke a pipe. I asked about insurance and he said Angi had it. I called Angi to get someone ASAP as we were told not to use the water in case of leaks. Was guaranteed someone would be out Saturday to complete the job at no cost. I was even given a company name and phone numbers. I called to explain what the issues were so they would not be surprised. The owner said they knew nothing about an appointment. I called Angi again and was guaranteed that someone would be in my house Saturday morning! Angi sends me a message that they were resceduling due to a last minute call off. That was a lie, I called a plumber and it cost me $750.00 and now I have to pay for a drywall specialist to repair and paint my ceiling. I also need to have the other two projects completed. Angi guaranteed the work and promised to pay for the repairs. How do I get reimbursed?
