Purchased the Big Deal in February, 2015. The weather was still cold and we agreed that he would come out and measure the deck and, when the weather was warmer, that he would schedule and perform the actual work. I called on at least 4 occasions and his response was that he was very busy but that we were 'on his schedule'. In later calls to him, he said we were 'moving up on the list.' I never received any calls from him, I always had to call. His reasoning for the delay was that he could not do the work in the rain which was understandable and we understand this was a very rainy year in the state. However, it has been over 2 months since my last call to him and the season to do this work is nearing the end. I called today and someone who identified himself as his business partner answered the phone without identifying the company. When I explained the situation (the delays and the lack of time left to do the work, and if they couldn't do the work, I should be entitled to a refund), he just matter-of-factly said to contact Angie's List and and get a refund. He made no effort to resolve the problem with a customer who had already paid a fee. I contacted Angie's List and, although the Big Deal that was purchased beyond the 30 day refund period, they are working with me to find another provider and, if not available, they agreed to refund my money.

The ad said they would do the area around the windows, but the worker would not pressure wash that area after calling the office and being told it would cost extra. The worker was a very nice guy, but did not provide all the services that the add said it would cover.

They did a good job, they just didn’t quite match the stain on the front. The price was good. They were punctual, fast, professional and courteous and they did what I want them to do.

The owner sent someone over to give me the estimate that I had requested. I don’t think that he had ever done this as he told me what he thought it would cost to do the project. Then he said that because of the Angie’s List discounted price his boss had told him they have to add to the estimate to make up for the discount.

Communication was excellent and I was so pleased with how much better the house looked after the cleaning.

This has been a very good experience so far. I bought a deal for power washing the house. They contacted me immediately to schedule the job. But in discussing the house (wood siding) it became apparent that power washing might have removed the paint. Since I was planning on having the house repainted anyway, Dallas came out to take a look at the house. The bid process was great - very professional. Today Josh came out and did the power wash of the house and the deck and it is amazing. I had let the house go for a number of years without power washing it and it was showing - moss on the North side and very dirty everywhere. Josh took a good amount of time making sure that he hit every spot. He was a professional and he made sure that I was happy with the job. I have had a great experience thus far and would recommend this company to anyone!

Calab came out soon after I purchased the deal of the day. He was kind,courteous, and professional. Due to unpredictable weather this spring, I had to wait longer than I wanted for the service. But when I contacted the company about a pending deck party and my need to have it done soon, they were out that very day. So very happy with the service.

OA day after he was supposed to call to set up a schedule he responded through Angie's list that he didn't have my phone number. I responded (again through Angies) and provided my number. After another week, I sent an email to Angies List and asked to have him call me. He finally called and we agreed on a date and time. He completed the wash as agreed on. He did a good job and I would use his services again. what was needed was an exchange of phone numbers. His was not included in the "big deal" and mine wasn't included in the order.

I procured their services through and Angie's List special. They were to stain my back deck. I knew it would be extra because my deck is exceptionally large. When I got the original estimate for the extra amount, due to the size of my deck, I almost told them to never mind, since the amount was considerably more than I had expected. However, we were able to come to a mutual agreement. The owner was very polite and professional and I enjoyed my conversation with him. The two gentlemen that he sent to my residence were on time and started their job. They told me that they had brought 4 gallons of the stain, which I thought was unusual, since Dallas had told me that it was a 5 gallon job, but I figured they were the professionals! When I got home that night, I saw that the DECK was done and it looked beautiful. They had even repaired a loose railing. When I looked closer though, they had done 1/4th of a support pole (one side only) and had left the other 2 and a support beam undone. I called Dallas and told him that the deck looked great and asked when they would be back out to do the rest. I got voice mail. A few minutes later, I received a call from Caleb (?) who had stained my deck. He told me that he didn't have enough stain to finish and then proceeded to make it seem like it was an imposition to come out and finish the job. At this point, I just wanted the job finished. I asked what we needed to do to make it happen. He told me that I would need to purchase an additional gallon of stain or pay him $50.00. I purchased the stain and he came out the next day and finished the job. He called me and made it sound like he almost ran out of stain. He had left the can by the back door and when I checked, there was almost 1/4 of the can left. I carefully checked the deck and saw that there were a number of the spindles that had been only partially painted. Fortunately, the new color I selected is close enough to the old color that the difference isn't obvious. Overall, it seemed like they may have been overbooked and tried to hurry through my job. I'm also sort of picky, so I expect things to be done a certain way. While most of the job looked great, it's the details that I wasn't happy with.

I contacted Under Pressure to get a bid to power wash and paint our deck. Caleb came out to do an estimate later that day. His quote was far under the other bid we got. He and his crew showed up a few days later to prep the deck and the next week, as promised, they came out and did the painting. They went above and beyond, removing all of the screens from the covered portion of the deck and securing any loose nails at no extra charge. The deck looks really great and they left no trace that they had been there. We really couldn't have asked for anything else.

Fantastic job of cleaning my windows-inside and out. Under Pressure did a wonderful job for 2/3 of other estimates. I was so pleased with their results I am now on their schedule for automatic window cleaning every 6 months, which is a first for me. This winter I am going to have them paint one of my bedrooms. These 2 young men are very trustworthy, kind and helpful. They are now my 'go-to' fellows.

What a find!! Lower patio and deck were power washed. The difference was amazing. Patio looks like new--and it was dirty and stained Based on that my neighbors are now using Under Pressure.
