As expected and right on time.

I think they are very professional, and know what they are doing. They sent out good people who got the job done right. I would use this company again.

They come to our home twice a year. We have used them for the past four years. They use a good product. When you schedule an appointment with them they are there. They are very good to work with. They have good communication with us. They told us about what to expect and how the chemical works.

The entire process went very well. They did an estimate and stuck by it when the installation was complete. Their installers were quick and left the yard in good shape when they finished. They did this and subsequent follow up visits which have all gone very well. They are prompt and seem to know what they are doing.

I liked the attitude and responsiveness of the tech and support. --I am getting bids on other services from this firm, which are free.

They do a good job, and if you have any special requests, they will do those. They are fine and there is no reason to change.

Called to set up service. Was quoted 36.50 but was told the first would be more since I hadn't had it done in awhile (that was the previous owner, just purchased house). I explained it wasn't overgrown and that it had been cut every week. They agreed not to charge the extra $15 for bagging. They asked for a credit card and told me I would receive monthly billing statements. My credit card was charged $161 which included the extra fee and I had never seen a statement. Quality was adequate but nothing the neighborhood boy couldn't do for half the cost. I called to cancel service on a Thursday and left a message. The call was never returned so I called on a Monday and told them I hadn't received a statement and didn't know they automatically charged the card (I thought it was a deposit). She repeatedly told me that I had been told it was an automatic charge because she is the one that told me that. She also told me I had received a statement because that's what they do. I had to insist that I didn't receive a statement and they agreed to fax me one. They did take off the $15 charge for "bagging" on the first cut. The woman then told me not to get aggressive with her - I would not have been so insistent except she wouldn't listen to me and kept insisting I was told about the automatic charge and I did get a statement. Cancelled my service and paid the balance. Mediocre quality and lousy customer service.

Everything has gone fair. I think that their price is a little high, and they are not very responsive, but the quality is pretty good.

I love them.

They are a local lawn service. I mostly keep using them because of the price.

They are good and I like them. They did a nice job in the past and that's why I continue to use their services. They are easy to work with and are friendly too.

SPRINKLER SYSTEM DESIGN IS SO BAD IT IS GOING TO COST ME ANOTHER $1500 TO FIX IT. THEIR LAWN SERVICE IS POOR. I HAD SO MANY NEW WEEDS I HAD TO HAVE THE LAWN RESEEDED. I DID NOT HAVE WEEDS BEFORE.

I NEVER HAD TO WORRY ABOUT THEM NOT SHOWING UP. THEY NOT ONLY MOWED OUR GRASS, THEY MANICURED THE LAWN!
