Excellent. They were very punctual in showing up for an estimate. The owner answered phone calls in a timely fashion. The workers showed up as scheduled. The tree was next to a 6 ft. privacy fence in our backyard and they did an excellent job of not damaging any of the fences, neighbor's property or pool. The workers were very skilled. It was almost like watching Cirque du Soleil in action. Amazing! They also hauled off all the debris the same day. The next day the stump removal crew came as scheduled. We were sad to see the tree go, but have pieces of the stump we requested for sentimental value.

I called Davey Tree and left a message the morning after extreme storm winds knocked down my tree. I received a return call before 7:30 am and Tom, with Davey Tree, was out to personally see the damage and give the estimate. The crew began working by 8:00 am. All work was completed within a few hours and all debris cleared away. My neighbors who also had tree damage were so impressed that Davey Tree had arrived so early to start clearing the debris, they also hired them to clean up their fallen limbs. Davey Tree stuck with the job and continued clearing debris and fallen trees for my neighbors throughout the morning. I have used Davey in the past to prune trees, but their exceptional service, the morning after a metro storm, is commendable. I will definitely continue to use their services.

I e-mailed asking for an estimate for trimming a Redbud tree and for core aerification and overseeding. The next day I got a lawn analysis with estimates. The aerification and overseeding was more than what I pay another company but I signed the work order for the tree trimming and mailed it in. I heard nothing from them so after two weeks I called to see if they had received the work order. They did and said the work would be done when they get around to working in my zip code. I asked about how long that would be and was told it could be up to two months! I can understand that it is a small job and with gas prices the way they are, not wanting to drive back and forth all over town, but to not be able to tell me approximately when to expect service was frustrating. After another week, I had to call and cancel the work order. I will say they were very nice about letting me cancel. I got the feeling they didn't want to do a small job.

The 2 trees were removed and the area was cleaned. The job took about 3 hours. When they left it was like they'd never been there, except the two trees were gone. Very impressive.

THEY ARE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE. THEY ARE TIMELY AND ALWAYS DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. WE HAVE AN ANNUAL AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY.

WELL RUN SERVICE--ALL SERVICES PERFORMED IN TIMELY MANNER WITH GOOD RESULTS.

DAVEY TREE FERTILIZES OUR TREES EVERY TWO YEARS. HAVE USED THEM TO TRIM AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ALSO TREAT AN OAK FOR IRON DISEASE. THE TREE HAS LIVED FOR TWENTY YEARS NOW.
