Guy came in went to refrigerator and started taking screws out of freezer compartment and tried unplugging wires and had a bad sparking going on then he said maybe we should unplug unit Ha ha !!! Removed ice around motor reinstalled panels install about a 1/2" of silicone and said don't turn ice maker on until later in the afternoon Later in afternoon turned ice maker on and didn't work came back on Monday and looked at unit and said icemaker needs replacement 105.00 and I will install for free Service call and ice removal about half and hr 230.00 I took unit back apart on the next weekend after watching YouTube video ice maker works again for free Would NOT recommend this company very unprofessional

He came on time and gave me his honest opinion on my washer problems. He told me it would cost me less to buy a new washer than to fix this one. He was extremely kind and offered solutions on where to shop that could save me money. He even called ahead before coming to let me know he was on his way. I valued his time and information he shares. Well worth the service call to have him here.

Excellent service. The repairman at first did no have the opportunity and was going to finish the next day.which was fine. But he called back and said he could come back that day. That was awesome. I needed my dryer! The problem was reasonable as well. Iam more than pleased.
