They are very honest with you and go the extra mile to explain things to you. They gave us a good tip about trimming off the cabinet above the refrigerator would open up our options for refrigerators. They gave us a discount on our appliances and came and installed it. They were very careful and made sure not to make a mess when moving the refrigerators. They were punctual, and make sure everything is up to date when they install. They are informative and pleasure to work.

I call them if anything goes wrong! For this last service they were out & fixed the fridge within a day! I've also used them for our dishwasher & hot water heater. They're very, very good. The same person usually comes out & does a great job.

The appliance was never repaired in two visits and they charged us 180.00 dollars and refused to honor their guarantee.
Description of Work: I called them to come out and repair a lower freezer which we could not open on our refridgerator in our kitchen. They came out and told us that the door must be frozen shut, and we should drag the unit outside and thaw. This was impossible since we had to remove the door to get it out of our kitchen.The price for that useless information, 75.00! They said when it is thawed, call us back if it is within 30 days and we will come back for free. A few days later my 10 year old got down on the floor and figured out the door was uneven, he lifted one side and opened it up.No frozen freezer! I called them back as instructed and they came out again telling me I needed a new icemaker. They cleaned and oiled it and put old one back together which, coincidently was making tons of ice. The charge 80.00 bucks. Now they left and the freezer started making too much ice because they bent the arm which turns it off and it kept falling out. When I called the company back to come out and tweek the arm so this would stop, the secretary was rude and when I asked for the owner, he was beyond rude and nasty saying we needed a new icemaker and they would not honor the service they performed. I would not use or recommend STEWART APPLIANCE. The stress they caused with their rude owner and the amount they charged for the discurteous, hostile service is unacceptable .I hope they go out of business.I feel they are thieves!!!!! Do not call Stewart Appliance ever.

They came immediately and that was great. Repairman diagnosed the problem--computerized master board, which is the most expensive part to replace in refrigerator. Part had to be ordered so I was without a refrigerator for 6 days. After replacing master board, refrigerator had same problem. Repairman came back immediately and replaced part that controls cold air into refrigerator from freezer. This fixed it. It seems to me that the master board was not the problem and I ended up replacing the most expensive part in refrigerator. I was not charged for the part that controls the cold air or the labor, which was very smart on their part since I would have blown a fuse if I had been charged anymore than the over 400.00 that I had already spent.
