Chad Sommer operates his company with integrity and honesty. We had an air conditioner go out and after dealing with a home warranty company for over a week, our situation had reached emergency status. We called two other companies and Cooling and Sommer Heating & Cooling. It was after 9:00 p.m. and Chad Sommer was the only one who called me back the same day. After talking with Chad I had him upgrade our entire heating and cooling system. As far as quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, Sommer Heating and Cooling sets the bar. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We are now customers for life.

The technician worked very diligently to complete the work. He had received terrible news regarding a death in the family during the installation of the unit. He worked 10 to 12 hours straight in 90 degree weather to complete the installation. We were very impressed at his professionalism and his commitment to complete the work given that he had just lost a grandparent. We are replacing the furnace soon and plan on using him shortly. He has done work for my brother in law, mother in law, and other people we know on referral. I recommend him to others.
