Description of Work: My neighbors recommended Shain Carpet Cleaning to me. Brad Shain, the owner, visited my home and gave an estimate. He was very clear on what the estimate covered and did not cover. Brad was professional and knowledgeable and his pricing was reasonable. A few weeks later I called him and scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment. Brad arrived for the cleaning on time. He cleaned the carpets in our living room, dining room, master bedroom, master closet, bathroom sink area, and a set of stairs (13 steps).

+ -1 moreThe experience was great! Brad was real flexible, we had to cancel twice due to problem with our home closing. The carpets looked and smell a million times better after he was finished. It saved us a lot of money by saving the existing carpet.
Description of Work: Prior to moving in to our home we had Shain Carpet Cleaning clean all the carpets in our three bedroom home. The previous owner had dogs and the carpets smelled of pet urine. Brad was able to remove the odor completely!
