Great Company with small town ethics! I will use them again and recommend them to anyone needing fence services.

The total price was $8300 which is not cheap. After observing the crew, I quickly found out why it cost so much. They had to remove my old chain link fence and it takes a lot of expertise to install the Vinyl fence. It took two long days and a few hours on the third day. They cleaned up well. I'm a very happy customer.

Everything was great, the crew that came out had the whole thing done in a day, and they were very professional as well. I would highly recommend these guys.

Between scheduling the service and the work getting done had month lag which was not a problem for us. The fence looks great. The only negative I have is they left the old fence post holes, spilled cement mix and just left it and overall the cleanup was not as good as I would expect. I would expect the area to be left the same or better as when they found it.

They were great. Jay came out and gave me a bid. His was not the lowest but he also threw in demo and removal of an old deck as well. His wife contacted me to schedule the appointment in a few weeks, weather permitting. The week before the scheduled date, it rained a lot, I contacted them to see if they were on schedule, knowing they probably weren't and I was right. she rescheduled it, then it got really hot. I was not in a hurry and prepared for the delays, so it was not a problem. She gave me a date right after the 4th of July and Jay and his crew were there early that day. When I got home from work that night, the old fence and deck were gone and post in the ground. The crew was back early the next morning and finished it by lunch. The fence looks great and I feel safer. Now I have to re-landscape.

There was some delay getting started due to weather but overall work was good. They worked around my travel schedule and had the fence complete in less than a couple of days.

There was some delay but it was to be expected because of the weather. Jamie made sure to communicate this to set the expectation correctly. The finish product was superb. Jose and crew did an outstanding job. Jose stayed over extra to answer any questions or concerns we have. Jay's (the owner) price was very competitive as well. His was the lowest from the 6 bids I got for the job.

I was very impressed with Royal Fence from the start. I contacted them after finding them on Angie's List and was contacted quickly by Jamie who quickly provided me a quote that was very reasonable. After getting a different quotes Royal was who we chose to go with. Our install got delayed due to Kansas weather and getting rain everyday for a month. Jamie worked hard to get us on the schedule as soon as possible. Prior to install I found a coupon online and Royal did not hesitate to honor it. The crew arrived early to start the install and on a 104 degree day that worked all day (13 hours) to get the fence 99% done. They hand dug the hole and placed the dirt where I asked. The crew were very hard workers and cleaned up after they were done. The fence was finished a day or so later. I did a final inspection and found a few spots in fence finish that needed touched up. Royal fence quickly came out and fixed the issues. To me that's the hallmark of a good company, if they come back when asked and quickly fix issues which Royal did. We are very pleased with the fence and have already recommended them to friends.

Jamie was very responsive to my inquiry and all other associated questions or concerns. It's difficult to rate this company, however, because they weren't the ones who actually performed the work. My job was subcontracted out to another fencing company (per the foreman). The fence looks pretty good, but to me it wasn't worth the $5,000 I paid for it, or the $1,000 I spent in prep work prior to it going up. For instance, there is concrete splatter a foot up on many of the posts which I will have to sand off before staining, I've sprayed mud off the pickets twice now, and some of the pickets weren't even attached at the bottom. They also use nails in lieu of screws, diminishing the long term rigidity. The cleanup was also less than desirable as I've had to pick up chunks of concrete from my lawn as well as other foreign objects. I went with this company based on the highly rated reviews and not the price - they were the second highest bidder. I guess I expected an exceptional product, and that's not what I got. The most frustrating thing is that I have to pull every label/sticker off every board, power wash my new fence, and sand it before I'm able to stain it; this is a brand new fence! Some of the material used also looks downright bad and bottom of the barrel. Cracked posts, weathered looking boards, etc. No, I didn't elect to do a cedar fence which is top of the line, but some of the boards and posts are just flat out ugly. This company (subcontractor?) gets a "C" from me because it's nothing more than your average fence.

Everything went great. They showed up on time, finished the work and did an excellent job. They even fixed the sagging gate.

Jamie and Jay were great to work with. They came out as soon as I requested a bid, and I had it within the week. We had an issue with our permit with the city where we live, and they worked with us and the city to get the issue resolved. They came when they said they would and finished quickly. I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

Highly recommend Royal Fence. My initial phone call was answered promptly and Jay emailed me within hours a preliminary bid based on my rough measurements. He then scheduled an appointment to come do a precise measurement and talk about where I wanted gates, etc. He was professional and punctual arriving for the appointment. They then worked up a final bid and we scheduled the job. We had a slight delay because of weather but Jamie and Jay were excellent in communicating during this process. Jay and his crew arrived on time on the rescheduled date and went over the layout again. The crew, headed by Jose, then installed the fence in two days. They were efficient and professional. I had attempted to get other bids from two other companies who never returned my calls. In the future I will use Royal and not bother with other bids. Their price was reasonable and the professionalism worth every penny.

They anchored the posts at each step & curved the hand rail slightly on the flat part up close to the driveway.It really looks good. When it gets warmer we may have a question or two. We want to thank Jay for the good service.

Royal Fence & Design was very professional. They called the city before starting work to make sure it was safe to dig. The men took away all the debris and did an overall great job. It had been 4 years since our fence was damaged in a wind storm and the new fence just transformed the look of our yard and made it feel safe. Their pricing was very reasonable and I was like a little girl at Christmas trying out the new gate on the north side of our yard. It will make yard work so much easier. I would recommend them to my friends.

Jay from Royal Fence and Design came and looked at the job the next day that I called asking for a quote. The property that we needed the hand rail installed was in the process of being sold and the hand rail was required as part of one of the things needed to complete the sale. The installation was completed 3 days later after materials were welded and painted. The final installation was done on time with no extra charges or mistakes. The cost of the job was higher that I initially anticipated. I honestly had no idea of what it cost to put up nice sturdy hand rails. I had looked at kits from big home improvement stores that I do not believe are safe as the product that Royal Fence and Design built and installed. I have no concern that this hand rail would fail. I am not sure that the less expensive kits I saw that were sold in the big home improvement stores were safe or would last as long. I believe that in the final evaluation I have gotten my money's worth and a quality,safe hand rail that I don't have to be concerned about it being the cause of someone getting hurt. I would recommend this contractor.

Contacted by phone. Left message. They got right back. Emailed me pictures and a quote the next date. Note: I had left messages with several other fence companies but nobody got back to me. Royal was able to schedule the work within a week. They told me they would show up about 11 and it would take 2 to 3 hours. They showed up at 11 and took two hours. They were pleasant, professional and easy to work with. They cleaned up the area after they finished. An excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

Overall they did a great job. Communication was very timely and thorough and the fence looks good and seems well built. There was a small delay in start time due to weather, but it was well communicated. When the crew arrived the work went quickly. I talked with a lot of providers and Royal was competitive with pricing and able to schedule my residential work relatively quickly, while many companies wouldn't consider it. I appreciate the job they did and the way they did it.

We contacted this company and got a bid. They were very good in responding and their bid was fair. We set a date and they could not come for several weeks due to lots of rainy weather. When they came we had a minor communication about error about the location of the fence and then got that corrected. The workers had to work very hard in one part of our property because of all the trees. It took them 2 days to finish and the final product is very good. They called us several times to check on the progress and we we're impressed with their work. I would recommend them for anyone needing a fence built.

They guys came when they said they would. We needed to reschedule due to a medical emergency and that was no problem. I accidentally filled out the check incorrectly and they were very gracious about that as all. They cleaned up after and left everything as it had been. If we ever need repairs or decided to change our fence we will definitely use Royal Fence again.

Jay and one of his employees installed the railing. He was very professional, on time, did an excellent job and explained the features of the railing. We would recommend him to anyone wanting a fence or railing.

Royal Fence was very prompt on the initial estimate that was done by mapping. They then came out to do a final estimate in-person and were prompt and professional. We had other lower estimates but Royal had excellent reviews and we wanted to be sure that the work was good quality, so we decided to have them do the work. There were some glitches with the installation that were completely out of their control (record rainfall and an unexpected easement issue with the permit), but they worked with us to re-plan and reschedule the job to get us within $200 of the original estimate. The work was fully completed in one day and we were very pleased with the result. We fenced in two sides of our property and joined to the house and an existing fence along the back property line, with two installed gates. The work was of excellent quality. We would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

They finished the job in 2 days and fixed any minor issues I had.

Jamie was so quick to respond and very professional and helpful! I was so thoroughly pleased with her contacts and friendly nature. She kept me updated and completely informed before, during and after the process. Jamie also recommended a surveyor who was just as efficient and responsive. The "guys" (Jose) and his two helpers were very polite and kept busy, completing the job on schedule. They also cleaned up and filled all holes and distributed the "hole dirt" in my flower beds and spread it out. Even though the contract stated they were not responsible for landscaping, I pointed out my prized lilies and asked if they could try to be careful. They took extra care not to damage them! I was very pleased with the look of my fence and quality of the end result. The cost was very affordable too!
