Once we got the fence scheduled and the weather cooperated they were very speedy. They got my fence up in one day! Looks great. I didn’t compare prices but from other posts about fences seemed a fair price. Jamie was very responsive with my questions. Both she, Jay and the crew were proficient and professional!!!

Royal Fence did a terrific job on my fence, Jay and Jamie were great to work with and their installers did their job in a professional manner. I needed my fence done as soon as possible and they even started before the scheduled date and completed in two days. I wasn't home for final inspection and I found a few boards that needed replacing. I sent Jaime a few pictures, she apologized and sent someone the next day. I highly recommend Royal Fence.

Once my installation date came up, it was a matte of 3 day to complete with the fence being installed on day one. Gates took another day.

On pricing, they were kind of middle of the road. It was a $5,300 deal and they were kind of middle of the road, some higher and some lower. I'd give them an A ++ on their responsiveness. They were easy to get ahold of all the time, even after the installation service. There were about three guys here to complete the service and they were off and on for three days. Weather was a problem.

This company is an excellent company to do business with. They gave me an estimate which I believe was reasonable compare to two other bids I have obtained. The promised date when they anticipated to start was very accurate. They finished the project in two days (i.e., removing the existing fence including the old posts and then installing the vinyl picket fence). They did a wonderful job. Our neighbors commented that they liked the fence that was installed. The workers were very professional and cleaned up the yard after they were done. Kudos to this company.

They arrived on time, removed and cleared the old fence away and installed a beautiful new fence. When we checked out the fence we noticed a few boards were a little loose so we called the company and they returned within a day to take care of it.

They responded promptly to e-mails. There was a lot of rain between when I signed-up so the work was a week or so later than anticipated, but that was fine with me and they informed me up front that rain could cause delays in their schedule. They did a good job. The railing looks nice. They were careful about trying not to step on the flowerbed. They took the old fence and everything was clean when they left. I would hire them again.

I requested an estimate for a new cedar privacy fence online from the Royal Fence website. Jamie was very quick to respond to me via email and was able to work up an estimate quickly from the measurements I had submitted. She also provided me with photos of some of their fences. Royal's prices were better than what was quoted to me by Burge and Challenger. They also included removal and haul away of my existing fence. I paid a deposit and was able to get work scheduled in about 3 weeks. Jay came out and looked at the site and did official measurements. I had submitted measurements from another company's estimate and they were 12' short. Royal updated my invoice to reflect this. Jamie also sent me an aerial image to approve the fence. They performed demo on 12/14 and were able to construct on 12/15 and 12/16. It was extremely cold one of those days and they had to stop early. A cable line was cut during the process, but according to Royal this was not marked with the other utilities. ATT was able to come out and get this fixed up quickly. There was one problem with the fence where they notched out to accommodate the neighbor's bird house that was hanging over the property line. Once the neighbor moved this, Royal was quick to come out and reset the pickets at that point. The fence looks great. It has been up about 5 months now. Some of the pickets have split at the top-I'm not sure if that is the quality of the wood or if that is normal. One of the gates does not open as well now as it did when it was first installed-the wood has had a chance to weather some causing it to catch. This will be an easy repair. For the price, I am happy with my fence. Challenger fence is very popular in my neighborhood, but they were not able to match Royal's price.

The fence looks great. Jay responded to all my questions and followed through with a couple of special requests. I am especially grateful the gate was "lifted" up!

We haven’t installed it yet because of the rain. They are going to do the work. The quality has been really good. They are very responsive.

The work crew was excellent and the entire job was completed in two and a half days. Jamie at the office was great in keeping us informed about schedules, quotes and permits. I had quotes from three companies and theirs was very competitive and the only one that included the clean-up of shrubs. I later found out that the city of Prairie Village permit office had great things to say about them about their professionalism in securing necessary permits.

Great, they worked with the City Codes people to help us deal with a codes issue.
