Royal did a great job! Jay and Jamie were great to work with. The crew was awesome. We could not be more pleased. We highly recommend Royal Fence!

First and Foremost, they actually responded to call/email. I literally put in like 7 bids with companies, and got maybe 3 bids and Royal Fence was the only one that actually followed up with me. All the other ones wouldn't even respond.. The process was seamless! Jamie stayed on top of the emails/ questions and when Jay came out to look at the yard. I told him exactly what I wanted done; and that is what i received!! I was very adamant that the fence needed about 1 inch open space below as i have two puppers who are escape artists!!! ( Once again, this is what i received!!!) The crew knocked it out in two days and the Gate Posts were actually i think 4x4 posts ( bigger than your normal posts) which is great! OH and the crew was ahead of schedule! so I got the fence done about 2 weeks early i believe!!!! Overall seriously satisfied because i have built a fence before and didn't want to do it again :) Will use them again if I need repairs / or something new fence wise built!

We love our new fence, it has turned out so well and was finished within a couple of days. There was a lot of back and forth about what height fence to install becuase of our neighbors and Jamie was there to support us all along the way. She was so accommodating, way more than I would have expected. We used Royal Fence about two years ago to repair our existing fence and now again to replace it.

We moved in from out of state and purchased a house with no backyard fence - and we have 4 dogs. I contacted Royal Fence and Design and they were extremely helpful in navigating local and HOA requirements for yard fencing. They were extremely responsive getting the work done as expeditiously as possible. Very happy with their work. About 5 weeks after the install one of the gates was not aligning and auto-closing correctly. They came right out and corrected the issue. Highly recommend them.

We had Royal fence remove an old fence, and install a new one. We went with them because they were highly recommended and their price beat the 2 other quotes we obtained. The entire job was completed in two days! They worked so hard, I couldn't believe how quickly they got it done. Most importantly, it is quality work. We are very pleased. Great! Jay and Jamie, the owners, were honest, courteous, and fair. They provided a bid and explained their process and what options were available. They set a tentative date (since weather is a factor in what they do) and kept us updated as the time drew closer. We were never left wondering when or if they would show up. Their installers checked with us on the placement of posts and gates and worked tirelessly until the job was done. They hit a lot of rock in our yard, so our install took a few day due to that and having a large area to fence (approx. 1/2 acre) We couldn't be happier with the results! I would highly recommend this company as they were prompt to respond, stood by their quote, and made sure we were happy with the end result. Our fence was installed last May 2019 (so I'm a little late on my review) and it's holding up very well.

Although we did not use Royal Fence & Design - they had a very competitive bid & were very prompt in getting back to us on our bid request & questions.

I originally called and left a message and Jamie from the office got right back in touch with me. Jay came and inspected what needed to be done and worked on a solution that wouldn’t require rebuilding the entire fence. We scheduled a time and Jay showed up on time, with all the supplies and went to work. Within an hour or so he had completely rebuilt and reinforced the new gate, even reinforcing the gate. Courteous, professional, and punctual. They’re now my go-to providers. I trust them and their craftsmanship.

The crew arrived at 9:00 AM and started the tear out and had completely finished the project by 5:00 PM. Fence looks spectacular and was well executed. Great attention to detail and used good hardware on the gates. They had all utilities marked before their arrival. I would definitely recommend them.

Jay, Jamie, and their crew were a DELIGHT to work with — from obtaining an estimate to completion of the project. The crew arrived promptly on the day they were scheduled to begin the installation and were very courteous and hard-working. The entire install was done over three days and looks very professional. In fact, two neighbors have inquired about our fencing, and I recommended Royal Fence without reservation. During the estimation process, we were trying to decide whether to go with wood privacy fencing or chain-link fencing with slats or privacy screening. We ultimately decided to do chain-link with top and bottom railing to make sure the dogs are as secure as possible. When I asked one of the crewmembers why they didn't install bottom railing, he replied that there was no request for bottom rails on their work order. I immediately called and emailed Jamie and Jay to ask if the requested bottom rails were included in the final estimate, as I am on a very strict budget for home repairs. Jamie replied that unfortunately, when the final contract was drawn up, our request for bottom railing was inadvertently left out, but they would make it right. I was so happy to get an email from her the following morning stating that they would include the bottom rails to my order for no extra charge, since that is what we initially talked about. Talk about great customer service! :-) I recommend Royal Fencing unreservedly to anyone in the Greater Kansas City area who is looking for top-quality, yet affordable fencing!

Royal Fence improved upon the design. Had a curve and drop down area and it turned out better than I imagined. Three month after installation I discovered that they had hit a sewer pump line when installing the fence. They immediately took responsibility and helped correct the break. Six months later, after our dry spell, one of my three gates lock was rubbing. With in a week they were out and adjusted it. Royal Fence I would highly recommend. They are good people to work with.

Royal Fence did a great job. The design turned out better than I imagined - had a curve and drop off that they handled much better than originally installed. Three months after install I discovered they had nicked a sewer water pump. They took responsibility and helped with the solution. Nine months later the ground had shifted and a lock was rubbing. Royal Fence was out within a week to adjust and paint. They are good people who do it right.

My fence looks beautiful, the gates work perfectly. We had a TON of rock, so it took an extra day to dig deep enough to set the posts. But Oscar & Brandon cleaned everything up, were friendly and professional. And Oscar has an amazing work ethic. Great job!

They showed up on the day they said they would, and tore out old wood fence in a day. New steel fence was completed three days after that. They did a great job communicating when they would be there so I could let my neighbors know. New fence looks great.

The old fence was removed and a new cedar fence was installed. Everything went well and the few little problems were solved immediately. The workers were skilled, polite, and professional, and the company owners were amazing. The project was started early and finished on time. I couldn't be happier.

Royal Fence has great response time and excellent communication. Jay and Jaime are true professionals. No high pressure sales pitch. They just give you what you want. It is high quality and competitively priced. Our 214 feet of fencing was done in a day and a half. My puppies are now so happy and safe! Can't go wrong with Royal Fence and Design.

My rotting fence is now gone and replaced with a beautiful cedar privacy fence - thanks to Royal Fence! It was delayed a week due to weather, but that is not their fault. They were in constant contact to keep me updated. When they arrived, the work was finished in 3 days time. Not bad for roughly 300 feet of fence to install after taking down the old one. When they were finished, they even hauled every scrap away and cleaned up my yard. Looks beautiful. I will definitely recommend and use again if needed! Thanks Royal!
