He has even offered great advice on another project that we are looking forward to him doing. Description of Work: The owner came out to look at my fence and said I needed more than just the repairs being offered in the Big Deal that I bought. He gave me a quote for a whole new fence and names and addresses of references. I contacted them and went and looked at the fences he had put up. Even though the owners were very happy with the work he did I did not care for what I saw. For the $4,000 he wanted for a new fence I decided to get quotes from other fence companies. So far I have put the project on hold.

Description of Work: The reason I wanted the fence package was to have 2 posts that were leaning to be straightened. I told the owner this before any work was started and that was the only reason I purchased the deal. He completed peripheral work and then told me he could not complete the work I wanted, but could instead provide a quote to replace the fence.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon hat advertized fence maintenance for a set price. The person from the fence company tried to turn it into an agreement to perform work far beyond fence maintenance. He tried to take use the situation as an opportunity for focused marketing of his product.

Description of Work: Bought the special for the fence maintenance. Added some services where I needed other wood repair on playground equipment and fence replacement. The quality of the work was high. The back and forth to get the appointment set up was about average for a contractor. Leaving various large bolts and screws on the ground where my kids and dogs could step on them...not cool. I have walked the grounds and picked up what I believe to be a majority of the scrap. Had that not been the case I'd of upped the professionalism to a B as they do go above and beyond in the build quality.
