PuroClean did top notch restoration work for us following a fire. They started the day after the fire and worked through the weekend. They completed most aspects of the restoration including hanging cupboards, painting, fixing trim, etc. in a week. All personnel were friendly and professional. I've never written a review before in my life. I always take them with a grain of salt. But for Troy Smith I have to make an exception. Long story short, a company that replaced hail damaged siding on my home did an inferior job that resulted in water/ice build up between the inner and outer walls, which leaked at the door framing below as the ice melted. Warmer weather caused mold to start growing. The smell was becoming unbearable. I spent over two thousand trying to remedy it to no avail. The siding installation company was denying and giving me the run around for a long time. I had inside air samples taken that resulted positive for the form of mold notorious for growing on damp drywall. The installer still denied me. Troy Smith came out and made an inspection for me. Using his experience and moisture meter clearly identified the exact point of moisture on the inside of the wall ( concealed damage ) and attempted to further make visual confirmation by removing the storm door frame, but there was not a void large enough to see anything. He later that day provided a written statement on exactly what he had discovered. All at no expense to myself. When a copy of the report was forwarded to the siding company, it was no longer just my opinion of circumstances. It was verified by a highly regarded specialist. Needless to say, 'it took the wind out of their sails'. Subsequently I hired him to come and do a thorough mold remediation. I had investigated the proper procedure of doing such as outlined by the CDC and HHS. His thoroughness not only met, but exceeded their requirements. I no longer have to tolerate the smell or health hazards created by the mold. I can't say enough good things about him. As I mentioned, I have never before written a review. And in addition he is no personal friend or relative. What he is is the best you could ever hope for to accommodate every need you might have. Troy coordinated with a repair contractor to remediate mold in my kitchen after a dishwasher leaked for several years. Even Troy was surprised with the damage. He spent 3-4 hours working on a cabinet, wall, and floor. He completed the job successfully and was very efficient and personable with his work. I was very happy with his work and would recommend his business wholeheartedly.

We called at a time when there was a lot of flooding around town, and I had called two other restoration companies that couldn't come to my house for a week! Troy at PuroClean was busy too, but he made time and came out the same day I called and everyday after that, even if at 8:00 pm, until our house was dry. He was a nice guy too, and we couldn't believe the great deal he gave us! We would recommend him to a friend!

When I contacted PuroClean I did not know what I was in for because this was my first water damage project. Troy with PuroClean arrived first thing the following morning and coordinated the necessary steps to get the project underway. Troy advised me that I needed to have a dumpster delivered to the site, he reviewed the scope of the project with me and provided a spot-on estimate of the expense of the clean-up. PuroClean had all of the right equipment to mitigate the nasty clean-up project. The clean-up project lasted a little over a week in length but each day the progress made was very visible and comforting to me. The project was focused on the water damage in the basement but Troy provided his expertise on efforts that I could do to eliminate problems throughout the entire house. I cannot say enough nice things about the professionalism of the PuroClean team.
