The Service Man (Aaron) came, reviewed the problem, Garage Door would not open, Thought I needed to replace the Door Springs, but He checked the door was stuck on the door frame. Saved me $200.00 in possible repairs and installed a new garage door opener I had purchased. Great Service and Great Job. Thanks

Prompt & apparently knew their stuff. After very little time, the garage door works great. Since I, on the other hand, know nothing about garage doors and how they work, I would have felt more comfortable had they been a little more chatty and slower to explain what needed done. Great work though, so that may be more my problem than theirs.

After getting 20+ quotes, their price and warranty was the best. Scheduled next day repair around my work schedule. Called before appointment, to make sure the scheduled time was still good for me. Our tech Aaron, changed both garage springs in under an hour. He was polite, honest and didn't try to get us to replace things that weren't needing replaced. That's impressive, because I even asked, he didn't make up stuff, integrity is rare. I will only use ProLift in the future and will refer them to anyone needing great, honest and speedy garage door service.

They were able to get out to fix our garage the very next day our spring broke. Showed up right on time and even gave a call to let us know they were on there way.

Door broke the day after Xmas. Figured it would take a while for service. Totally surprised that they came right out the day after I called and replaced the spring in about 15 min. I never expected that the door would be fixed so quickly. Great folks all around.

$49 garage door tune up was spraying the doors rollers and hinges. I had to replace the rollers myself and I had to tighten up the sagging chain. Let's say I have been had. I will file a complain with BBB. IF NOT REIMBURSEED

Jeremy was thorough in his inspection and explanation of what was needed. He adjusted the door, replaced key pad and even programmed the opener to my car. I highly recommend ProLift. They were able to come out within 48 hours instead of the next week, giving me much-needed peace of mind.

Price and quality of materials and labor were very good. Timing and scheduling of service could be better. Staff and installation technicians were very professional and personable. Positive experience for the most part!
