Excellent customer service. Excellent follow up. They made appointment for an estimate, confirmed it & showed up on time! Emailed proposal without delay & followed up to see if I had questions. The door was an odd size but they assured me they should have by a certain date & would call me that date for an appointment. It was like clockwork. They got it, called me without delay & installed on schedule! Iâ ve already passed their company name on to a colleague. I love Scott!!! He is great!!!!

Scot was informative, professional and friendly. The quote was fair and the installation occurred when he said it would. Jeremy was the installer and explained everything before he began. He was very courteous and professional. Our doors look awesome thanks to Scot and Jeremy.

Aaron did a great job and in a timely manner. I had an issue with the lock and received a call back within the hour. Aaron talked me through the issue over the phone and problem solved. I felt the price was fair and the door is solid and adds so much to our home.

Scott was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. He even dropped off some samples to our house when we couldn't make it to the showroom. Jeremy and another guy (Sorry didn't catch the name!) installed them and were professional and helpful as well. One of the doors needed adjusting (as they often do after an install), and Jeremy came back first thing in the morning and fixed it in a few minutes. He even gave us some new light bulbs when he noticed one of ours was missing. We're very happy we went with this company.

Fixed what I called about and noticed my other garage door had a broken spring and fixed it on the spot . If he hadnâ t suggested checking it I would have had to call again and had an extra service call.

From the start the owner Scott worked with me on the door styles we wanted. He got them ordered. Around six weeks later Jeremy called and told me he was on his way. They were very professional and were first class all the way. Would highly recommend.
