Responded immediately after I submitted my inquiry for service, but didn't show up as he stated during our call. I had to call him two more time before he completed the job. Job was completed two weeks after promised date.

Paul was helpful initially and said that he could remove my 3 stumps the following week on "Monday or Tuesday". The flexible schedule was fine with me, but no one came either day, so I told them not to bother; I'll hire someone that wants / needs the work!
