Professional Lawn and Tree

The man who did mine was polite and went beyond my expectations.

The company set a date to do the work and I never heard from them again.

They did a great job.

I made 3 appointments with the Paul Braton to clean my gutters. He never showed up for any of them. The last time, he called at 6pm on the day of the appointment and said he "was a busy man" and couldn't make his appointment. He also said he didn't clean gutters. When I asked him why he advertised gutter cleaning on Craigslist, he said "to get people's tree trimming/cutting business". Paul epitomizes the stereotype of the Craigslist service provider: Unreliable, Deceptive, and no conception or understanding of customer service or satisfaction. His prices are extremely high also.

Paul came out the evening that I called him. The job was to remove a very large, dead tree and trim the dead wood from an equally large oak. The price we were given was very reasonable. I told him to just fit us in when he could as we were in no rush. Less than two weeks later I got a call in the morning and the crew was working about an hour later. EXCELLENT JOB and clean-up. We will have them come back to clean-up more of our old trees. Thanks Paul and crew!!

Did a fantastic job removing several large branches and numerous smaller ones from several trees. Also removed overgrown bushes, ground stumps, put new shrubs in and landscaped. Very reasonable price for both projects. Also did an outstanding job cleaning up.

While I was impressed with the quality of their work, I was able to hire a pro that offered the same quality at a better price. However, I'd definitely consider them for future projects.

Came by house without an appointment. Took measurements, never heard from again. Unprofessional.

Paul is a trustworthy contact. A handshake on Wednesday, work completed the next day (Thursday). Very likeable individual. I will hire him again soon. He had a very unique method of leaf removal.
